If the price you pay is lower than the mid market price it is listed as a sell, and vice versa for a buy.

The only problem is with the ‘investors’ that don’t understand that!

Good EMI schemes are very lucrative in successful businesses and there’s nothing illegal about buying shares in a company you work for but you’ll then pay tax on the income you use to buy them and CG when you sell them…which can be very significant!

TA is useful on high volume stocks and commodities, to try and apply it here is frankly silly.
