Vote today to agree the placing shares then trading PS starts 0800 hrs on Wednesday. Regardless of the "locked in shares" the share dilution will probably see the SP marked down by 12% to 15% IMO. So at today's SP of about 630p should see Wednesday at about 550p to 535p

Very volatile markets at the mo and a world recession like 2009 is probably on the cards again this year. Who knows - perhaps the Liberal party will once again rule alone in Parliament ?
