thereaper In 50 years trading on the market I have never shorted a share - I just pass on my judgements - if you do not like the truth then filter me !

A few months ago I looked at buying TCG shares at a stabilised (I thought) 30p - the sensible side of my brain said - hold off till it passes 40p and rising - the gambler said buy now it was at 150p last year - the gambler won and I am now down a few K so I am back to plan A mark 2 - hold off till the SP gets above 30p and rising. Over 50 years of gambling on the market I have realised that no news is nearly always bad news - so the lack of a RNS is now putting me off TCG - until the BOD fess up and admit what is going on the SP may well be going down to the 12p broker forecast level.

I think that the rules on issuing a RNS state "If there is an occurrence which significantly affects the company accounts and share price then the company must issue a RNS to clarify the situation" I think that TCG BOD have up to 3 days to publish that RNS but in view of the volatile SP I think that the sooner the better for publication.

The good news is that the buy/sell spread is still very tight which means brokers are happy to buy or sell the shares - although a lot of buys will show as sells and vice versa due to time lag on fast moving SPs

Underwriters will be very wary at the mo of pricing a RI at too high a level - they caught a massive cold on the recent KEIR RI where it was priced at a 12% discount to the then current SP but by RI day the current SP was well below the RI SP and 70% of the RI was not sold - underwriters had to buy at a premium and sell at a loss ! I would expect the MTRO RI to be priced at 15% to 20% below the latest SP - so now would be 470p to 500p - but if the SP continues to slide then the RI will be lower priced but higher number of shares to make the £350M required.

The EU parliament is pointless - it has NO power to make laws or change unfair laws - all power is with the Commission of 28 - one for each country and they elect a political dictator - the President - to rule Europe. At least the UK has a vague semblance of democracy left and our unelected Upper House of 850 brainless political appointees does not have the EU Commission powers !

Time for Oliver Cromwell 2 - close down Parliament for refurbishment and sack all the Peers - replace them with 100 elected Senators - cut the Lower House down to 300 MPs and limit the PM to 25 Ministers - Mrs May has bribed over 100 MPs with Ministerial salaries and perks to buy their loyalty - and it works ! Once all this is done we need proportional representation to give us back democracy - not the present corrupt system which always returns Labour or Tories to govt

I just got my EU election papers - Farage got my vote - he says the right things and has some charisma not like Mrs May and her wet codfish looks. But very dangerous man Corbyn also says the right things and has a strong personality - his heroes are Marx Lenin and Stalin who killed over 50 million Russian men women and children in their political purges = he also supports all international terrorist groups !

What a mess this country is in - nearly 70 million people and we cannot find a worthwhile leader or political party !

Some very big sellers again today - bringing the SP back down - I did see a report that 3 main lenders were selling their shares and walking away - good riddance - they will regret it when the SP is back up above 50p again !!

Looking at the way that "loose cannon" Trump is trashing world stock markets yet again I think that TCG has done incredibly well today - the rest of the week may well see the SP rising steadily on the back of some good news in RNSs from the BOD. Investors are well overdue for a hike in SP.

Mega sales being declared after the bell half a million pounds worth of separate selling - no wonder the SP was forced down

I have been trading shares for 50 years and often got caught when for instance an oil company drilled a dry well and the SP dropped 20% but I have not been in a company where the SP drops 15% in one day and not a word from the BOD ! Wakey wakey BOD you are supposed to take an interest in your company !

A couple of years ago I had a phone call from HFX brokers accusing me of market manipulation - buying and selling £10K worth of shares ! But if you are Sacks of Gold you can manipulated PMO SP as often as you like and the toothless Financial Watchdogs do nothing !

must be about time for the shorters to buy at the cheapest level and return the shares to the brokers !

If the govt can give away £14 billion each year to the 10 most corrupt countries in the world - all with nuclear weapons or ICBMs or large amounts of gold or diamonds or oil etc and can waste £100 billion on 130 miles of HS2 train lines then I am sure it can find cash to bail out banks - RBS had £45 billion bailout ! 90% of money in use in the world does not exist - just numbers on computers - we gave up shipping trillions of cash around the world long ago.

The "skill" of the shorters is legalised theft - they borrow loads of shares from brokers then manipulate the market to get their ill gotten gains - most countries outlaw this market manipulation - but not UK !

Still waiting for the RNSs which will hopefully give us good news on the sale of all or part of the company which will boost the SP instantly to a very high level - see the 17% rise recently on rumour of a part sale of the company. The buy /sell spread is very tight which means the brokers are happy to buy or sell lots of shares. The SP is being held in a tight range pending news. There is also a healthy amount of buying and selling - so this is not a "zombie" share.

I am holding tight with an average of 22p and with the 150p high SP in the last 12 months I am hoping for at least 88p before considering selling.
