I think shareholders are due a review of warrants, those that were due to expire in dec 20 were extended to 31/12/21. Let’s see what cunning trick Mr Masterman comes up with next.
Didn’t blackrock receive multiple tranches of shares as payment in kind for unpaid interest on their loan?
I wonder how many black rock now hold, I’m sure it is a significant amount.
I wonder why he really left?
more questions than answers as usual!
There is only one winner in this, and that is black rock!
Tin is not enough to keep the lights on! LOL.
Just looking in on the wife’s poor investment, no point her selling now she is so far under water that it has been written off!
Seems a bit like a death spiral here, Masterman has not only lost the plot, he has lost all credibility, and the ability to communicate with anyone. I wish everyone all the best but it doesn’t look good.
New year, clean sheet, let’s concentrate on President and have some news.
GLA.
How do you convince a HNWI that consolidation is a good thing when they are 40% down?
It is easier to go from circa 4p to 7p with more shares in issue than 40p to 70p with less shares due to the reduction in volativity and more stability. If the shares were are the break even price for HNWI’s it would be more palatable, providing that they can still see profit coming.
While these investors do not need money, they hate to lose it too! I’m sure that with a 40% loss, someone will eventually feel the heat. These guys will I want to know what is going on.
Just sell it all for £3b prior to consolidation.
On the flip side, I’m hoping that PPC will go up. We should have everything to look forward too this year!
I think the Atome price will fall as the FID isn't complete until later in the year and first production 2024, a long wait!!!!
you may get your wish.
Yes, got them now, all good!
Thanks
SOG, we agree on many things and want the best for SAR. I too think that momo was the wrong decision by Sierra, and do not see it as the success that they hope for. Like many, I am completely frustrated by the lack of progress with SRA 737, and even more disappointed in SAR/CRUK et al for the poor deal and lack of action on this front. 1801 and 1802 have great potential which I’m am sure will be realised this year. We are however a drug discovery company, not a major pharma!
SOG, a reasonable summary, my view is the reasoning behind consolidation at this point does not hold water. Lloy has 70 billion shares and their SP is 47p, I think that is too many, not the 3 billion that Sareum has. If the BOD would share their thinking and explain the rationale, without the standard blah blah blah, I would be more inclined to agree.
HNY to you and all Sareum investors, I hope this year is Mega.
Glenfidich, I do not agree with the reasoning that they have provided and see it as standard phraseology, used by many companies prior to consolidation. I have been involved in several consolidations over the years and not one has been successful, I’m against unless they can give better reasons. Let it run…..
Not seen in my HSDL account yet, they said a couple of days, so I’m assuming in the New Year after the bank holiday!
The vaccine has done its job and continues to reduce the number that get critically ill and die. There is a but though, it is not the panacea that the world wanted due to the relatively low global vaccination rates. This will be with us for years if not decades and the need for treatments will be far greater than vaccines. The virus will continue to mutate and treatments will be the next phase of our defence, enter stage left, SAR, who have potentially got one almost ready for trials. While covid is not our mainstream business, it does represent a significant opportunity (globally).
