Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
SOG, agree about the MCAP, you also state that consolidation makes no difference, so why do it? your words not mine!
Dilution is likely to occur either way but what you remove is the market volatility that enables trading. If you remove the volatility by consolidating you get a very stable share price with little fluctuation and less trading.
Celtic, if you take Thoths 28p as a target, that's a 7 bagger from here which could realistically happen. if you take a consolidated share price of 200p it will never multibag to 1400p, please give me an example if you can find one. I understand Thoths ultimate target was much higher and I agree that this has huge potential.
The only thing that can circumvent this is a buyout in excess of £3Bn wouldn't that be nice!!!!!
Once consolidation happens there is no going back, good or bad!
if you want to make a difference, vote NO, give the board a chance to go away and rethink, then come back with the facts that they should have provided in the first place. I'm not saying never to consolidation but so far it lacks credibility.
Having read the RNS, the reason given for consolidation does not stack up. I would consider the absolute low price to be well under 1p for this reason to be valid. I want to know the real reason and the advice given for the need to consolidate, who is driving this requirement?
I’m still voting NO and do not agree at this price. Let us see where the SP is prior to the meeting!
Guys, if you do read any of these boards, which i'm sure you do, any info can be used in your strategies, but get this;
Genuine LTH'ers of this share will not be selling at these levels, you might scare off a few newbies that brought on the last spike but they will not last forever. I laugh in the face of your wide spreads and underhand tactics, dream on bloodsuckers!
I do not like Sierra and I don't live on the common! SAR deserves much better than Dilly et al...... but we have a lot more to come this year despite the delays caused by Sierra. I am expecting 2022 to be pivotal for Tim, the team and shareholders alike.
OMR, Masterman has run out of fingers and toes, and now doesn't know how to use an abacus!
WIP, in fairness Sierra have had SRA737 for around six years, far too long IMHO to have achieved as little as they have. Sadly man people have died as a result of this inactivity. I sincerely hope the get moving and soon. This could and should have been in production and available to patients by now.
That this is going to be a very good year for President, everything is shaping up nicely. I can’t really see any negative side here, OK, the past has been a bit iffy, but the future looks a whole lot better.
PL, please don’t mess it up!
That’s what I like to see, progress on all fronts, thank you PL for the update. This SP should be well over 2p and perhaps with greater profit margins and more production we could achieve double that during 2022. I hope this is the start to a gradual climb back to where it belongs, for the sake of all LTH’s.
There seems to be a lot of unhappiness on the BB at the moment, what with the mention of consolidation, PH and the SP slide.
I put all of this at the foot of the BOD due to poor communication, all of this could and would be sorted if everything was communicated well in the first instance.
Sareum could do far better than this why aren't they listening? come on Tim, John and Stephen , please sort it out.
Kev, no offence intended but I was referencing the RNS FROM 2020 outlining the institutions situation but it didn’t list Blackrock!
GUG, the reason I mentioned warrants was the Blackrock were issue 91 million warrants for the additionl 7m loan, this was to clear up PIK interest at that point in time, nothing heard since!
In addition I haven’t seen much evidence of outstanding warrants being taken up, it’s would suggest that ii’s won’t throw good money at a poor investment.
