As much as I agree that we need to stop paying out to chancers (and yes it makes me angry), we sort of can't blame them for trying as the likes of Marin Lewis are their heroe and if he says go for it they will. It is the general message of "its worth ago" is what's wrong and that steams from CMC and the likes of ML. The FCA should also be looking at this in my opinion as they should want to protect the actual businesses providing a service in their sector and not just lie down, fearing more backlash and sullied reputation if they don't
It's about time the word scam also reflected those that try and claim without cause
what needs to happen is clearer rules and those rules then need to be put in place

What I liked about the GJ video was that he did acknowledge there are lots of people claiming that are basically lying and they need to stop just podding out to those bleeps

ns20 The Nayan issues started before my time but think he's weak and shouldn't of let Amigo get into position they are in today. The longer term holders will have a lot more knowledge than me on the Nayan front

What I do know is someone is responsible and should be kicked out. But saying that, would we all be here if this hadn't of happened ?

15p at xmas wouldn't suprise me at all, but if we did get lending again and claims under control news I would expect lots of investors to jump back in taking us to 20-25p+ spike then profit takers will go and we will drop back until news on actual business performance

After reading your post earlier today "want to know the outcome see Wonga" I can only assume you aren't and that's why you use negatives for whatever reason you are here
I apologize if i'm wrong but why would you be invested if you think we are going the same way as Wonga even though Amigo is a TOTALLY different business with different business model and structure
Wonga was set up by the same types that set up claims companies. See a niche mass market and pounce, Get rich quick and f everything else including who's hurt in the fallout

Although I'd like to put a slightly more positive spin on lending
There are millions of people still in work and will stay in work whatever happens over the next few months and I'm sure there are smarter people than me that can work out risk ratios regarding who to lend to especially with the added security of a guarantor. Remember we've been told collections are ok so far and I know that might change without furlough etc but the best way to combat this in my opinion is to get lending again but as GJ said in a limited way
I see the main risk for the likes of banks who already have mortgages with those most at risk today and we've only lent to key workers for the last six months so that book should be a safe as house
