I know, If i'd stayed at Healthcare comms a little longer I could've bought a damn sight more than a kitchen. My ex partner is now retired with his millions. Them's the breaks sometimes

I was a director in healthcare communications from its inception in 2000 and left in 2013 as I was a little bored. Sold my 20% stake to buy a kitchen then 6 years later it sold for 11 million Ouch lol And Hav said I can't admit my mistakes
I then ran a pet show for year then set up a health and wellbeing company working with the NHS. got screwed twice and got fed up of working for nothing. I now work for a large healthcare company selling Interoperability software to the NHS.
Move to the country 3 years ago and bought a windmill with 7 acres of woodland attached. The mill is a project and needs a lot a work but was a steal. We now have heating and managed to solve most of the damp and mold issues lol
Being with my wife since I was 17. She is now head of rare diseases UK/I for a Pharma company and we have two dogs. A rottie and newfoundland

What matters to investors is whether or not the FCA see it as ethical and they have asked Amigo to keep lending to key workers and our heroes throughout the last 6 months.
Are they really likely to now say "actually we've been asking an unethical company to lend to the ones that keep us alive"?
A Barclaycard to improve or start your credit rating is 40% and I bet it would be a far greater end sum you paid, to pay off your debt if you paid minimum each month

Am i correct here ? I won't know until we have more information from the board but I am hopeful and I HAVE never (unless joking) told anyone this share a definite money maker , but for me worth the risk

The below would account for a tiny number and you know it

The Ombudsman cannot consider a complaint if the complainant refers it to the Financial Ombudsman Service:

(1) more than six months after the date on which the respondent sent the complainant its final response, redress determination or summary resolution communication; or
(2) more than:
(a) six years after the event complained of; or (if later)
(b) three years from the date on which the complainant became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) that he had cause for complaint;
unless the complainant referred the complaint to the respondent or to the Ombudsman within that period and has a written acknowledgement or some other record of the complaint having been received;

unless:

(3) in the view of the Ombudsman, the failure to comply with the time limits in DISP 2.8.2 R or DISP 2.8.7 R was as a result of exceptional circumstances; or
(4) the Ombudsman is required to do so by the Ombudsman Transitional Order; or
(5) the respondent has consented to the Ombudsman considering the complaint where the time limits in DISP 2.8.2 R or DISP 2.8.7 R have expired (but this does not apply to a “relevant complaint” within the meaning of section 404B(3) of the Act).

You know there is a 6 year limit to making a claim and the longer you wait the less likely you are to win
Any loans pre 2014 can't be claimed against

Voluntary meaning -done, given, or acting of one's own free will.

You can ask the question as many times as you like and get different answers each time as we don't know for sure why them entered into a VOLUNTARY arrangement. But I'm sure GJ knows what he is doing
I've not found one news article that says anything negative and lets face it. journalists would rip into this news if it was the end of days for Amigo. The only ones spouting end of days are the normal idiots that see a chance to bring share price down
