Ge sp drops then get his dog to buy the shares. It happens all the time with shares. Bent in my view.

Quelfromage , AstraZeneca probably do quite well out of the funding by the gov. The money pays for R&D in regard to covid only, which obviously includes staff wages and any consumables including machinery etc which AstraZeneca will still retain after the pandemic has pasted (I hope)
Which they will probably be able to use for other projects. My own thinking is that hedge funds etc are manipulating the sp if you take a look at the buys sells side you will note most are them little alogs, A as opposed to ordinary buys sells this is the blinking hedge funds doing their dirty work.

The sp is certainly being manipulated note the alog trades by the bent B######s.

Note all the A trades this is the hedge funds etc manipulating the sp . It’s always the first thing I look at when buying shares.

I completely agree with your comments. Although I have to admit I have one hedge fund just to balance my portfolio which I pick and manage myself . The whole financial market in this country is bent in my view. I use trustnet a lot and all the fund managers all have different views which tends me to believe they are no different from horse racing bookies tip 100 and law of averages 1 will win.

I wonder if there will be a big bounce tomorrow, I would not be surprised.

Oh I don’t know I’ve been here for 2 years or so and am quite happy getting my £1000 odd pounds div each year. Shares go down as well as up . Be glad your in a good company. Roll on the split .
But you will have to wait longer than 6 months I’m afraid if you want to profit from that.

Pitface, thank you most interesting although I disagree with some of it. Glad that twat trump is out. Now back to business. AstraZeneca surprised it’s dropped so much but after the dust has settled and the mms have their positions the sp may start going back up.

Although Boris said hands off our biopharma companies it does make me wonder if a takeover may be on the cards. Just thinking.:-).
