Happy with a nice steady rise each day, rather than the quick big rise which just attracts the day traders. More news due in the next month with regards to the last drill which will hopefully continue the rise. After of course the inevitable sell off after the RNS despite what might be excellent news.

There is no rush on this Blackadder, I would much rather they take their time and get this right as it is very important to the company. Remember the complete horlicks of the horizontal which ended up costing over 20 million and destroyed the SP. I can wait a couple of weeks if it means they get it right this time around.

Huge Harry but if you buy in you will have to wait unless we are bought out. 2bn barrels of oil with more to be added after the latest discovery. Trillions of feet of gas with an agreement already signed to sell it to the state. Value in the ground of between 5 and 10 $ a barrel of oil, you do the maths!

No longer exploring they have the oil and gas, just working towards production. It’s going to take a while and patience will be required.

Great news this pipeline is going to happen as is phase 2. They are going to want as much gas as we can give them. Was not expecting this news for a couple of months, they are driving this forward with speed.

Yes hopefully it will all speed up, the requirement to produce the environmental report was a bad surprise, especially as too how long it will take. You cannot tell me it will any different to all the other sites producing oil as there is naff all up there. Anyhow PANR will need to get a move on as I suspect that the pipeline will be built at speed otherwise the lights will go out in Alaska.

Interesting that there are blackout warnings for the UK this evening as we are right on the limit. Hope it happens as it might wake a few people up about the mad Miliband.

10:48 its easy to forget just how huge this is. 2Bn barrels of gettable oil, with the latest discovery to be added to that. Trillions of cubic feet of gas available to be sold if the pipeline goes ahead; plus the added savings of not having to reinject that gas into expensive wells. Throw in a Helium find that nobody really talks about and you start to see how huge this all is. But its going to take time and money to get it all moving, so considerable patience is required, something severely lacking with Aim investors which is why the US listing is so important.

If you have the patience to keep your shares you should all things being equal make a very tidy sum of money. Its going to be a long haul though to make the real money rather than enough for a few pints down the pub. All in my opinion of course and its up to you how long you hang in.

I am sitting on this one until £4 minimum and that’s still very cheap. Over 2bn barrels of gettable oil at $5 a barrel in the ground so that’s $10bn and without the gas payments. This requires a bid of $8bn or more for the company or £6bn minimum.

Amazing how politicians constantly mess up. Alaska is now desperately running around looking to ensure the lights don’t go out in the next few years as nobody was prepared to make the difficult decisions. Looks likely that the gas pipeline will happen and PANR will be providing the gas. The company needs to make sure it gets itself physically prepared to produce the gas asp as I suspect this is going to happen quicker than planned.

What’s more worrying for us Brits is you can see country getting itself into the same precarious position with regards to power supplies in the very near future. We should be getting as much gas as possible on the go not cutting supplies as we are currently. Madness.

Yep I would avoid taking any notice of what M1 says. He has no idea about what he is saying, depletion is at its worst shortly after the well is put on production, then depletion slows down. As for Cash the company has managed to nearly double its cash reserves to 19m despite all the drilling of new wells. A further 20 odd wells to being this year. Complete twat.

M1 twit what was production this time last year? It’s double that now and with 24 drills planned this year it will continue to increase. Plus cash has increased to 19m from 12m. You are an idiot.

Willow is the nearest oil field and that is nowhere near ready to produce oil yet and they are still building the infastructure eg pipeline.

But no infrastructure any where near, so it would take a massive effort to produce any oil inside of years.

Face I fully expect to get some of the results from the drill in Jan. I doubt you will get much in detail from people as they will be scared Scot will arrive and if the detail is not perfect he will be rude and unpleasant to them. I expect the cash will see them through the drill and hopefully with an extended flow test they may be able to sell enough oil to pay the wages etc. Then there is the possibility of the gas pipeline being given the go ahead which should enable PANR to raise some cash without any dilution.

We have been put back by the environmental studies by a couple of years which is very annoying and will require the company to fund it's self for longer then originally thought. Lets hope the gas pipeline gets the go ahead and they can keep the momentum going until they can produce some oil or sell the whole lot off for many billions!

14:41 Supposedly so, though as I have said before I struggle mightily to believe it takes 3 years to produce this study as I cannot believe that this part of the Northman Slope is any different than say Willow oil field or any of the others. Also we are operating from within the disturbed corridor which should make it easier. I would like an explanation as too why it takes this long, hopefully Donald will speed this all up.

Personally I think they have more than enough oil eg over 2Bn barrels of gettable oil. They need to concentrate on getting some oil out to sell and developing what they have.
