Well whatever happens in the next couple of weeks we will need to complete some drilling this winter to keep the momentum going. We relied on 88e doing its flow test on our border to keep interest up this last winter but we all know on AIM that something has to be on the near horizon to keep momentum. Another winter of doing nothing will see us drift so let’s hope we have the cash one way or another to complete at least one drill.

I have lost count now of how much oil we have, anybody got the total figure?

Ted its because people investing in AIM stocks are looking for the quick buck. Hence on good news they all jump in and then quickly jump out looking for the next quick buck. Only problem is a lot of them lose their money because you have to be lucky and an extremely good trader to get in and out at the optimum time. Throw in boredom when not much is happening in a stock and you get big fluctuations.

In PANR case we are through the big dangerous points eg trying to find oil, now we are at the stage of getting it out and to market. It takes time but with patience we will get there and this share will soar.

Closing in rapidly on the big news on the results of our first horizontal. Should be next week and with a bit of luck could prove transformative to the company. Good luck all investors in this company.

I see you are at it again Brom. As to your post at 17:40 Hobbs came in and stated that he was determined to keep dilution to the minimum and he is doing just that. Personally I would have zero problem with him if he decides to raise some money, in the big scheme of things another 400M shares is neither here nor there when you are sat on over 2Bn recoverable barrels of oil and that's before you add in any gas. Unlike 88E where Ashley has not bought a single share, Hobbs has bought millions and has a large stake in the business, if he feels at the moment that pursuing the gas route is sensible than I will bow to his inside knowledge and experience, happy knowing he has a very large stake in the company.

Peaky they are about to announce another 600M barrels of high quality oil across the other side of the river. I would not be fussed in the slightest if they raised more money. They are are going to have well over 2Bn in oil and vast amounts of gas to sell. Another 200000 shares would be meaningless in the big scheme of things and would raise 70M odd which would allow them to get rid of the bonds, sort the pipe junction and do some drills. May even produce some income.

Jeez Emerald they have massive amounts of high quality gas that requires no treatment before putting in the pipeline.

Another factor is the amount of money that will be saved on not having to drill gas re-injection wells. If I remember correctly it was every third or fourth well drilled would have to be a gas re-injection well at 10m cost. So if this comes off not only do we get to sell our gas but the overal cost of the field will reduce considerably by hundreds of millions.

Also easy to miss but in the interview it is mentioned of another 600m barrels of top quality oil across the other side of the river. If that is confirmed in the next couple of weeks that is another huge amount of oil we have found. Have to believe that Hobbs is in the know on what is about to be announced. This is all coming together but the sheer size and scope means it is going to take some time and a bit of patience from us.

Yes I know there is one particular person who is annoying has hell and seems to have a thing about 88e, but his facts are generally correct. You have now had your fun on this BB and are now starting to tell porkies, please leave those of us who have not been bothering your BB on a regular basis to try and enjoy our discussions here without you doing exactly what your nemesis has done. Good RNS, the company continues to push forward and these new horizontal wells should be massive for the company. We have just been through a difficult period whilst we have had to wait for the water disposal wells to be completed but that now looks well in hand. Plenty of money in the bank and no debt and all the work/ new wells are self funding ie no need to raise money. If these new horizontals produce as well as expected I would think it won’t be long before we see dividends.

This company has a very fine line to tread, whilst we all want success, if it gets too successful the President and his happy gang in Govt will be all over us like a rash. Hopefully the board have an extremely good idea of will attract unwanted attention.

DarienTaylor could it be that the size of the field in Peru is 38M. Where as PANR have a field of over 1Bn. Slight difference!

The eastern extension is all part of the same oilfield that has already had a drill and test done last year. It’s just on the other side of a large river, hence they intend to get at it with long horizontal wells.

Thanks Olderwiser that a great bit of analysis, put into simple terms for those of us without in depth oil knowledge. Do you think this is enough to attract help or do they still need to show a well flowing at full on rates eg hundreds/ thousands Bopd. It all looks good on paper.
