Moving on, if we need 46 wells for the gas then if we take each well also producing 1000 Bopd (which is not much they should be producing more) then lets say $30 profit from each barrel sold then we will be raking in just over 500 million dollars without what we will be making from the gas. Now there will be loans to pay off, wages etc but it just shows the amount of money we are talking about.

I am going to have to find some more money for this once we get the results from this latest well.

16:19 Very interesting in slide 50 it shows Fid for Ahpun as this year and 5 wells coming on line next year 2026 which is completely different to what we have been told. Also Kodiac wells being brought online in 2018 with either 12 wells or 7 wells I cannot make out which. Either way this is very different to the timelines we have been given.

Rough calculation from the charts we need 46 wells online in 2030 to produce 250mmcf and that's if we start next year.

16:19 Yep or that the fertiliser plant has reopened or AI centres they want have opened. To make the most of that pipeline I think they are going to move to phase 2 really quickly if they can.

Err Juan depends how you read it, if Alaska needs 500mmc on the first day PANR will need to be able to supply it. Yes they may not need the full amount, but they may!!

Ayecuramba my interest is mostly lead times and if this chap is remotely right we are going to have to get a mighty shift on. If you take we start drilling in late 2007 then we have 4 years to get to 80 wells or 20 a year that's some effort in this part of the world.

Just out of interest do any of our experts on here have any idea roughly how many wells will need to be on production, to full fill our agreement of 500 million cubic feet of gas a day to Alaska? I know it will only be a finger in the air estimate but it will be interesting to know roughly how much work is going to be required. Many thanks in anticipation!!

Mark LNG is Liquified Natural Gas. Alaska is in the process of raising money, permissions etc for a 750 mile pipeline to carry gas from the North Slope to Cook Inlet. If it goes ahead it will be filled initially by PANR gas, worth many millions to PANR which will allow them to raise money for the drilling and production of their oil fields.

Yep Alibi just takes one poor well result eg our horizontal combined with the top brass all deciding to sell wacks of shares and we were off to the 30p races. This is why this drill and flow test is so important.

Agreed Squirrel, if the pipeline is agreed £8 is certainly where we should be looking. People will say this is ramping but it's not. The oil has been found and independently verified, $5 x 2bn in the ground gives £7 a share and then throw in some money for the gas. People don't understand how big this is, stick with it and people should make serious money.

Gaztop I want a great deal more than £3 quid, that is literally giving the company away.

Day traders will have their £10 quid profit out before the end of play so 40p will be pushing it but you never know.

I have zero problem with them raising money to keep moving along as long as they raise it at the right price. I was ticked off with the 17p raise when not long before that we had been in the 30p range. They have the insiders knowledge of what is going to be announced so they should be able to get the timing right.

Gaztop if an offer comes in it better be for a great deal more than double. PANR is sitting on over 2bn barrels of gettable oil which even if you only value it at $2 a barrel in the ground (the company will be looking for a minimum of $5) is $4bn or £3 a share. That's before you throw in the gas contract worth millions more if the pipeline gets built. This really is huge but needs patience.
