Live Co Group PLC - UK-based live events and entertainment company - Confirms that ticket sales for its new Kpop.Flex festival have "far outmatched expectations", with over 10,000 tickets already sold in forty countries despite only two artists being confirmed. Patrik Meyer from Frankfurt Stadium, where the festival is being held, describes the "quite unbelievable numbers in the middle of corona", with buyers of tickets from all over Europe and not just Germany. To provide funding for the Kpop.Flex festival, Live Co has raised GBP400,000 through a placing of 11.4 million shares at 3.5 pence each.

Chair David Ciclitira comments: "We have been overwhelmed by the positive reception received for Kpop.Flex and the tickets sold to date reflect that this is a festival with plenty of demand. Our partners both in Germany and Korea are delighted with the progress to date."

The EBRD has conditionally agreed to retire the Debt Facility and enter into a Deed of Release. In consideration the Company will pay to EBRD the sum of USD16.5 million immediately following Admission, and the EBRD will subscribe, at no cost, for Ordinary Shares, representing 9.9% of the expected issued share capital at Admission (the "EBRD Shares"). The EBRD will have certain information and other rights and has agreed not to dispose of the EBRD Shares for 12 months following Admission. At 30 September 2020 the Company owed USD32.5million to the EBRD comprising USD20 million principal, and USD12.5 million in accrued interest.

The Group's order book has strengthened by c.20% in the three months to 30 November 2021 with a significant uptick reported in North America and Europe. The order book will increase further in December following strong contract wins by Hunting's Subsea business, coupled with a general increase in successful bidding within the Group's US and Asia Pacific businesses.

the Skua-10 workover operation is now practically complete, with the Montara subsea wells currently shut in to facilitate the rigging down and hook-up of the Skua-10 well and safe departure of the rig. Prior to this shutdown, group production averaged 20,000 boe/d over a five day period and is expected to increase further once both of the Skua wells are brought back onstream.

During the fourth quarter of 2021 to date, Company production has averaged approximately 17,800 boe/d.
