Been in for just over a year increasing my holding through out, I liked the tech got frustrated with lack of commercial progress. Sold my holding in 3 chunks at the bell this morning, 2 of them showing as buys.

made a small profit but almost insulting for the capital deployed, enjoyed the board, I wish you guys good luck and I might be back if things progress.

2.445 to sell, 2.45 to buy, most trades have been buys today but it is a sea of red due to the pegged ask.

Give it time. Gees a big change like this you need to measure in months not a couple of weeks. I get 6 weeks to update my leadership team and another 4 to update the board, then we prepare information for release . 2-3 months not weeks. Only fly by night aim companies spin bull**** in weeks, spin again rinse and repeat, we want credible updates and that takes time

Mills240 why are PI's mugs for selling into no news rises and buying more shares on retraces. I have gained more than 200k shares by doing so, I only trade a fraction of my holding at a time, if it keeps going up I'm still an overall winner and could still buy back in even if higher than my last trade.

If anything this trading is putting more shares into sticky hands and also cycling through PIs offloading from 1P purchases.

most of the AGM's have been the same, a few have had online zoom type attendance.

They have issued two TR1's reducing their holding in the past two weeks that I have seen, my assumption would be this behavior will continue.

Miton, this is the 3rd share I have invested in with Miton as a II from a placing. They started offloading from day 1 in my other investments and continued doing so for any profit regardless how small. From my experience they take the capital and profit and go do another placing somewhere else, rinse and repeat.

we need Miton to churn through and exit asap, and much better for it to happen before any real news IMO.

I would assume that is Miton selling more for a 7.5% profit.

Fully expected Miton to sell on whatever profit they can get. Getting shot ASAP is good otherwise they sell into any share price rise.

The problem is we do not know what the agreement was between schlum and Georgian Gov.

Was it a reduced payment schedule until investments were clawed back ?
Was their minimum committed payments regardless of oil sold ?

If the payment schedule was 10% until costs recovered that puts the BOPD at a very impressive number.

I do not think we will find out until until after the schlum deal closes.

Anybody know how that situation occurs? a number of sizeable trades which are retracted the following day ? I have seen that happen within the same day and assumed it was when funds didn't clear to complete the transaction.
