£20M pipeline of contracts. Line of sight towards profitability
They have built an automated quotation model and contracts which speeds up offers after surveys and removes possibility of human error. This has enabled an app that their network of contractors to use to enable the business to scale down to make smaller opportunities viable (like small primary schools).
Launching extending the elight model to eheat using air source heat pumps. using marlboro college as a proof of concept. Changing money model in which EaaS would retain the monthly receivables (this could be huge)
EEnergy launched in July to work with green energy management and focus on energy reduction initiatives which is differentiated to this existing market which is driven by consumption.
Acquisition of RSL 3 month integration completed, 75% of revenue targeted has been archived in 1st Quarter, far exceeding expectations.
Since beginning of July. 64 installs completed generating £4M in revenue.
Still on track to break even by 31st December 2020
