33.5k unknown trade (midpoint) looks like a buy

I just cannot see Amati getting involved in a coup. Frankly the others need to buy more to reach at least 30% imo. That makes this whole situation extremely unlikely

Malcy put out a tweet claiming a group of shareholders representing a 20%+ holding were challenging the board to push changes.

It has come to my attention that things are not right at Block Energy. News that a rebel shareholder group with north of 20% of the equity has approached the board but has been rebuffed.From what I can see the major holders are yet to engage but I think it would be wise.

Share prophets published an article expanding on this with spin/cow turds and a small army of Tom Winnifrith fanboys turned up bashing/throwing toys.

The share price has ticked up and as yet no real news.

Talking about a 300k dump I held over 2m shares I exited in stages with a slight profit. Iirc £200 with 20k invested. Posting about 300k moving the sp is a bit desperate. This needs a plan from the new Mgmt team to move this forward and I might consider reinvesting. At the moment this is all based on historical wishes and hopes

JimJam I concur, I was also impressed with the openness and style of the presentation and the presenters, very reassuring.

I wasn’t convinced by the ceos response to the raise/valuation but you could tell it hit a sore point. By change in tone and pace of response.

Forgot to mention this is the copyright date not the photo taken date. Another useful feature of the desktop version is the history timeline. It is a slider of all pictures they have ever had for those coordinates.

If you want to know that date of a google map/earth image.

You have to use the google earth desktop app for Mac or windows (not phone or browser).
Zoom in to the limit of a particular image enduring it is a single frame.
The information at the bottom of the screen with the coordinates the date will be provided but only on maximum zoom.

Are people generally embittered ? I might of been without the schlumberger acquisition. This has progress coming.

I would not support a rebel takeover of the board to bring in new people who would likely pillage the company for fees whilst totally destroying value. If there is any truth to this for sure they would not have other shareholders interests in mind.

Tom Winnifrith is supposedly short at SYME and is getting rinsed. My suspicion is this puff of BS news is his doing as he is throwing the kitchen sink at options to cover the cash call or exit as news is due at SYME.

Most companies just ignore this scumbag when he pops out of his hole. He claims to be a good sherif but in reality creates and manipulated stories for his own end.

As has been discussed before BLOE is a very different company in a very different situation compared to FRR.

Trades are posted by the exchange but not tagged with a buy or a sell, buy or sell is estimated by the trade price either below or above the midpoint between bid and ask at the time of the trade. It is an approximation.

If someone gets a bit below the midpoint it well show as a sell. If it is exactly on the midpoint it is shown as unknown.
