For 22.3M warrants and an option price set at 1.7, the holder would have to be very sure the market would sustain an exit with profit. Hovering 10% above the strike price they would want the share price higher or frankly it isn't worth the hassle or the costs.
In reality to make money on those warrants you would need news and a very liquid high demand market. And in that case they would be absorbed without a problem.
As has been seen the MM's have needed stock this week, no warrants have been executed and i do not see it happening until an announcement.
My strategy is to sell a chunk of my stake at ~8P to retain my original investment capital and some profit, and the remainder will be a free carry for the huge future potential here, I find this de-risk approach enables me to sleep at night whilst also enjoying some of the fruits of the labour involved with AIM.
it all depends how many new shoes my wife wants at the time (shoe rack joke).
Optimism: Lots going on one big announcement would be great as releasing in dribs and drabs isnt going to rocket the share price. (IMO)
Pessimism: The last time they held off news was on a drill test and that wasnt great......
Nice twisting of broker disclaimer Sarah.
90% or micro caps do not fail.
90% of retail investors lose money if they ONLY invest in micro caps.
Portfolio diversity. Sarah you are clueless and hence why you lost money in FRR as a retail investor you are bitter and do not want others to succeed where you failed.
Jog on.
They need to build up momentum, with the equipment they have they should be doing more small drills faster to incrementally increase revenues and cash reserves to fund bigger drills. If any of those bigger drills pay off we have a blockbuster.
I like the plan and direction, the pace is not what I expected.
I maybe wrong on this.
A proxy vote by a large brokerage like IG or HL holding private investor shares in a nominee account is not a direct vote by the individual shareholder.
the brokerage gets one vote with the aggregated shares in the account.
They collect the votes from individual shareholders and vote with the majority.
So a protest vote against on a resolution with a few million shares by a few PI's. If it isn't the majority vote within the nominee account BLOE will not even see it. Of course swing the vote on a resolution to the majority and you get the whole nominee account voting with you even if they voted for the resolution.
I have voted so thats another few million with IG
Yes apologies, I got GOGC and GOGL mixed.
Sidetrack is 100K a result of 30bls a day is a net positive after 2 months.
60Bls provides $1M a year.
Lots of simple sidetracks is a very encouraging approach here. a number of results at 240 like the last one is truly transformational.
The A-80 workover rig was acquired as part of the schlumberger assets and since upgraded. Bloe previously hired GOGC's A-50 Rig, both have been used for sidetracks.
The ZJ-40 drilling rig/platform is hired from GOGC when required for new drills or significant deepening of existing wells
