Buy/Sell status is an estimation based on the trade price vs the midpoint of Bid/ASK at the time of the trade, if you bought and it shows as a sell it meant you got a good price at the time.

if the trade is exactly at the midpoint the trade status is shown as "unknown"

Thinking about the strengths and weakness of fund exclusivity. Regarding this statement

The Company is currently analysing whether to syndicate this first securitisation issuance or work on an exclusive basis with one of the Funds mentioned above.

My initial thought, exclusivity will be faster to get a deal done initially better terms and gives concrete focus by the funder. Syndication will provide better leverage long term by enabling regular negotiations between funders a wider net of possible referrals but a syndication is much harder to get all parties over the line and some funders may be all or nothing with exclusivity as they only have Interest in their own return.

It is a tough call, and an enviable position for SYME to be in. What are your thoughts ?
