Correct Schlumberger (SLB) deal has not closed yet so they do not have the shares to trade. But I'm not convinced they will trade them in the near term they have a strike price much higher than todays SP value, their value is intrinsically linked to BLOE being successful. If it is try their were multiple buyers for the SLB Rustavi assets you do have to put some faith SLB see something in BLOE and wouldn't of just thrown their investment to waste.

Capital needs are further out, there are 2 or possibly 3 areas of news that will raise the value of this company, yes capital will be required to develop further but that is further down the line. We are here to make money, well maybe not I think some of the posters are here for other reasons.

What are people’s timing thoughts on completion of the Schlum deal and detail release of the new assets ? My thinking is this could be before the EPF hook up. I see two SP rises to new base levels.

in reality it would more likely delay investment and 5g/fibre network expansions, especially if their intent is to break it up, reduce costs ect and refloat the piece parts.

What II's have sold out ?
If holding II's refuse to continue to invest they would sell prior to any raise, hasnt happened.
Please show me an example of a raise where existing II's have all refused to continue investment.

If they do not invest (or support alternatives being found) their investment goes to zero, why would they continue to hold.

The point you are trying to make is flawed, but I presume that doesn't matter as you just want to try and create a notion that further fund raising isnt possible.

There will be a raise, but it will not be at the current share price, and that is why I continue to hold, trade and accumulate.

Of course the II's will refuse additional funding and let their existing investments implode. I did wonder how long after the busy week last week for the knocking crew to turn up.

It is when someone puts a buy order in on the low end of the trailing price, mm’s do a partial fill. Not sure if it myself just to annoy the buyer or rack up trade fees.

It isn’t someone intentionally buying a few quids worth of shares their intended order is normally much Much larger.

I had one today for 500k shares I was partially filled 10k shares, listed as a sell. I will have another tomorrow.

These exchange buys are what stops mm’s. Dropping the share price without stock, do not get annoyed with the small trades, they are the very people propping you’re share price up between news.

Fitzpatrick can now buy another 6M shares without notifying, if he sells below 4% another TR1. I see that as a sign of confidence

Announced 4% yesterday. With these big accumulations you really do have to wonder how the sp price hasn’t risen more.

Has to be less of the weak holders around now. Rise on news will be mega.

My theory

BLOE has the a BAGO agreement ready to monetise. For some reason schlumberger did not or was not getting good terms.

Covid timing and needing to appease shareholders, do a deal with BLOE solves both problems with skin in the game to reap some of the benefits of previous investment.

each 0.1p is worth just over 2K for me. I'm not sure I should of worked that out it might cause me to be memorized by every slight SP move......

Those big buys could be why my daily orders are not getting any bites. I put an order in for what I think is the fair low buy point, and normally I get 2 or 3 bites a week. Not one this week. MM’s unwilling to shift shares below their quote price it seems.
