Called a relative who is an auditor at PWC to discuss "True Sale" and IFRS 15 in context of SYME. True sale is effectively all contract criteria being met before revenue can be recognized. The contract is between the client and SYME's per client vehicle and would be tailored to the specifics of the deal. The contract criteria we would expect be structured around the stock not leaving a location, being marked and SYME/Auditors having access to it. If the contract stipulates the location of the stock there is no need for "delivery" and all true sale criteria has been met and IFRS 15 adhered too.

My auditor relative could foresee multiple ways in which SYME could facilitate financing and not compromise IFRS.

Interesting to see AXM investors still lurking. I averaged down my AXM holding and recently broken even. I have stayed fully invested as I believe in What EaaS is doing and also the management team (unlike AXM).

I was also a big BT investor for years including shares I inherited, I sold my holding about a year ago as it got close to break even and I was more comfortable with the small loss than the risk of remaining invested. It was a shrewd move at the time ( as it turns out) I have looked at BT again recently as it looks undervalued, the challenge is I do not see what is going to lift the share price other than a breakup and I do not believe that will happen anytime soon. I also believe there are some bumps due along the way with 5G capex spend vs incremental revenues. For me it is revenue protection of status quo There isn’t pots of gold to be untapped as the use cases are mostly gibberish.

If BT heads towards a breakup I will invest.

Long time holders here have seen posters come and go with new/multiple accounts. New accounts appear as innocent questions to start with and then commence bashing to try and lower the share price/investor confidence.

Your lack of posts and history unfortunately makes you appear like these hostile actors of the past which you could be innocent of.

There is a good group of people here that are frustrated with the company and also hostile / agenda based posters.

Another decent blue day

I started buy orders after the placement and sold on the spike. I had orders executed yesterday with the capital and profits pretty much matching my original holding from last year. A de-risked investment I am willing to hold.

Was a long term holder, sold out a few months ago due to frustration. Back in today as I believe this is overdue a turnaround.

Maybe not 50p but 20p a nice 5x multibag from here

Was able to pick up some shares yesterday at a decent price. Today seems. The mm’s want full price.

I have had a buy order for the last two days, both days partial filled and listed as sells. Little volume but also reluctance to sell shares at the lower end of the purchase range, MM's just happy to bob along it seems.

There was a big sell early on at 2.88 £130k iirc. Presume that was an II forward selling to offset the placement. I managed to buy back in shortly after at 2.9275 and have had a buy order chipping away most of the day. Pretty much everything above 2.95 is a buy from my perspective. They will drop the ask tomorrow or Friday to try and panic some more sells.

AIM option habit ? It is normally for listed and non listed companies to offer shares to incoming senior personnel. These are options not grants or performance shares the new CEO has to increase the MCAP to benefit.

They would not of been able to attract top talent with a package that is competitive.

My last company change, my package included 10k shares, 80k share options & 40k share options a year based on performance, a signing bonus which it was desired/suggested to buy shares on the open market. To attract talent away from existing employers typically with share lock ins you need leverage.

· Early production facility ("EPF"), including a gas processing unit procured during the period and commissioned in September 2020
