Was not expecting it to go up, on todays "holding pattern" RNS, but I appreciated the communication explaining the situation and to stop the bashers using the quiet period to spread FUD.

Considering what is happening in the world a few weeks delay isnt a problem with me.

I had a buy order filled at 2.9. It took 2 days. I believe they are buys, but could buy a premium sell if stock is low. And they want to keep the price at 3p for the opening of the 4th.

Just wanted to say thanks V111JAS I double bagged on EQT thanks to you. I sold out yesterday, not because I do not believe, just wanted to claim the prize in cash :-). It is my 3rd bagger this year but certainly the fastest !!!!!.

As the order would of been gradually feed all week, the price reported is not used to discover current trading range between makers.

Would appear on any trade taking more than one trading day to fill.

That buy order would of buying going most of the week, reported once completed. It wasn’t a single buy at one point in time.

Could it of been one of the new NED’s. Wouldn’t yet have to declare it.

Because banks want 100% collateral coverage. The security the bank would demand would be unpalatable to shareholders. Most likely in the form of the rights and all equipment, which if seized would make the entire operation unviable.

Banks do not take cpr or predicted oil in ground as guarantees. They would use existing producing assets but as we all know BlOcks at the moment would not secure a multi million dollar loan.

Debt was never an option. And was only mentioned on here, never in any of the rns or presentations by BLOE.

That is fundamentally not how the relationship between banks and mining outfits and in particular oilers work.

Geowiz undoubtedly knows this, but hey raises it as a poke knowing some pi’s are miffed at the raise.

Seriously, on what basis would an asset based facility from a bank be possible, even more so in today’s current situation.

Please show me any minor oiler that has achieved that recently.

As already discussed the raise is needed for asset development next year, doing this based on revenue generation from the gas hook up isn’t sufficient. The raise was needed to develop the assets with a plan that is yet to be communicated to us. But for sure that plan would of been shared with the placees.

Just need some patience here for incoming and overdue rewards.

At the moment it has to judge if it is "fat cat" nose in trough with the new guy as we havent yet been exposed to the development plan.

I am waiting for who the next round investors are and what the development is before casting judgement on the new hire.

I would like to think considering they are being part paid in shares at the moment they would not be brining in a new mouth to feed without light at the end of the tunnel.

Agreed in 2019 BLOE underperformed
In 2020 and during the pandemic BLOE have performed and are on a positive trajectory with the schlumberger acquisition, gas connection and et to be announced plan for next year.

The potential here is now significantly better than pre-drill in 2019, but sentiment has changed, that is an opportunity not a disappointment. Invest for the future not the past :-)

acquisition price looks like a bargain interms of cash at hand, revenue and future potential.

Are you predicting a possible acquisition of BLOE bottom feeder ?

At this price point I can see lots of potential hunters being interested. But with the majority of II being onboard for 7P+ and wanting a return for the cash being idle for a while I cant see them letting this go on the cheap. So why the negativity at the current price level ? Its an opportunity for us minnows. Or have I misunderstood your point ?
