its a good move to put the Chinese scenario in the past before moving on and announcing new deals. keeping it festering along wouldn't of helped anybody.

I must be out of favor then, all quotes were over 2p and my day limit order didnt get anything today.

A 3 weeks ago I sold a large portion of my holding with the plan of buying back in of what I believe is a good return position, this is the 3rd cycle in doing so and have used it to successfully lower my average to under 4p.

I setup a buy order for the day and usually get most of what I am after the quotes received for anything over a £ks dent the gains made on the trades. I should have my position back plus the extra 12-15% increased holding for the trade this week or early next.

Anyway, I have my buy order set above what the Buys are showing on todays trades. I have not had one nibble all day. Instant quotes I am receiving are between 2.1 and 2.2p. I believe all of the buys below 1.9p are actually sells.

Has anyone bought today and managed to get a SP between the SP and ASK as shown on todays trades ?

I thought the deal would close in the near term, ie sometime this month and the share options would be available to Schlumberger 12 months afterwards.

In any of the presentations / videos regarding the schlumberger acquisition did they mention employees of schlumberger associated with the field ? Equipment, storage ect ect but looking through linked and industry papers Schlumberger has some very credible people on the books associated with the georgia operations, wondering if any of them are becoming blockers soon.

the more I read up on the Pat-E1 and the equipment they used it is very impressive and im thinking the people involved and their experiences could be transformational for what block is trying to achieve.

placing prices are not always hit, if those institutions hold for bigger returns you will not have a flood of shares entering the market overwhelming supply above demand.

there are two forces at play here, the SP hitting 0.25p is dependent on existing shareholders getting nervous and bailing out.
or the placing investors offloading the new shares for an immediate profit.

both of these scenarios may or may not come to fruition. But I know that if it hits 0.25p I will be buying, at the same time I fully would not be surprised if it doesn't realise the 0.25p or lower that some people here think is a guarantee, maybe they are just trying to convince existing shareholders to panic and walk away to help the SP on its way.

Madman what you are asking for is a prediction on bottom buying price over the next few weeks until news on multiple fronts arrives. Having traded this share with significant chunks of my holding. I am gradually building up again ahead of expected news. My theory is as news arrives it will put the share price at multiples of current. I do not see the share hitting <1p again with the anticipated news due.

They need to meet or exceed the revenue and profit guidance and I feel interest in this company will grow.

Significantly Increasing number of school customers over the summer would also see this tick up.

I have averaged down my AXM holding and my thesis is I will get above my break even within 12 months. Based on the growing recurring revenues of EaaS.

if the placement was hugely over subscribed the free market is unlikely to hit the placement price. if that was the reality the SP would be drifting down now. People are holding if TRX chose the institutions well they will not offload and trash the SP, why would they after all they want to maximise profits not trash SP's. It may take time to recover to 1P plus but I do not see this hitting or being stuck at .25p

It’s not really a drop it’s a buy order being filled or multiple. I’ve had one going since Friday with only a few nibbles here and there.

It will close level this week or higher I’m sure.

We knew getting chinese monies owed was unlikely and baked into the current SP.

Additional monies owed and additional milestones with Ebers. Will be interesting to discover what that amounts to in the short term and longer term.
