They were after oil, and to appraise gas. They find decent gas but no way to monetise it in viable quantity/value as they had no offtake agreement inplace prior to the market ****ting the bed.

Block are their bitter sweet pill, they need to get out of a number of projects, rather than walking away with nothing from Georgia they take a slice of BLOE and handover the asset for them to monetise under their existing Bago agreement.

I cannot find any reference to a gas offtake agreement for Schlumberger Rustaveli Ltd.

If Schlumberger Rustaveli were not selling the gas wholesale and did not have an agreement in place when they struck gas on their last drill, with no agreement in place did they have any choice but to effectively hand this over to BLOE to monetise in return for a slice of the companies future worth. That is a better option than to strike a poor agreement with bago.

Why would Bago (or anyone else) dish out gas agreements with favorable terms in the current climate ? This volume of gas isnt feasible to store and spot sell from onsite tanks. The gas available within Sclumbergers acreage is not to be sniffed at with 600BCF + more to be discovered. Is there a lot more in play here than with our peeved off state of minds we are over looking.

The schlumberger producing block we have acquired.
In the block presentation on the acquisition it states XIb has produced 245 BOEPD. What have schlumberger been doing with the gas do they have a deal and connection with BAGO/GoG ? or did they have a flare permit in place ?.

Trying to asses the gas potential/reality of the XIb acquisition.

I have no issue with staff being paid in shares, it should be at equivalent to 7p placing to salary sacrifice.

Employees have equal skin in the game and will not just flood the market with constant sells for quick cash.

I’ve been a lth for over a year. Never sold a share.
Since the Bago announcement a few weeks ago I have been trading shares in batches to lower my average share price.

I held over 3m but sold just under 1M on the Schlum announcement.

I bought another chunk this morning. Which I will sell to regain the capital on any rise.

I am doing everything possible to lower my average and get a profit out of this **** show.

The BoD need to sort this out. So many questions left unanswered, they put out a few tweets around the last RNS, a vain attempt to mitigate sentiment.

If they screw this up any further they can kiss goodbye to working again anytime soon. They cannot pin this on covid-19.

What is the strategy and impact of the increased acreage.

I am a patient sizeable shareholder here, and I am losing my patience. The lack of comms, dragging out disclosing bad news. Absolute contempt for shareholders.

Same installations delayed due to corona. No contract terminations.

1m euros a month would put EaaS into profitability.
Sustaining the growth curve throughout the period would be impressive.

They closed 20% up Friday, mom’s throwing the spread around that’s not a news /leak worthy impact imo

and another source that SAK actually needs $91 a barrel for fiscal break even and the impact a deficit will cause to SAK.

SAK doesnt want to seem to fold to Russia and vice versa, but the current oilprice is hurting SAK a lot more than Russia and maybe even the US.
