Pontil - It's massive - it's early detection of kidney disease. KD causes are high blood pressure and diabetes - very prevalent in western countries + China. market size - you can do research for that now - it's colassal.

Liquidity will come when there is performance.
It's a turnaround situation - relatively new CEO in place - growth strategy in place.
Put it this way - if it can go back to pre-covid levels in say 3 years time without dilution - this means 100% upside in 3 yrs.
Boringly safe but excellent returns.

-H1 20 vs H1 19 - much better in 2020
-Q3 20 vs Q3 19 - much better in 2020
-Mining going ape in Africa (=CAPD only expected to win further contracts given considerably increase in tendering activities, start if a potential supercycle for commodities)
-Won a lot more contracts in recent months.
-Former shareholder CB, I presume has finally sold out.
-Centamin contract - game changer
-Loads of cash - Dec 20 funds raised
-Lombard Odier participated = confidence in the company
-All brokers expecting earnings upgrade - SP target given > 90p
-Management have tons of skin in the game and participated heavily in recent fundraise.
-Q3 Maintains rev guidance of 130-140mn in 2020 vs $115mn (2019)

Trade update is coming in a few days time - can you see anything but a positive TU?

The share is smoking hot today and I was rather alarmed by the rise! :)

Just dipped my toes albeit the risen SP. Just think the fundamentals of the co. are strong.
- Love their moat + stickiness with big pharmas. It's not going away.
- Love how deeply entrenched they are with universities (for research, improvement purposes)
- From what I can see from their deployment of 1 salesman - they were deeply finetuning their products, listening to the customer on what's important and what's not and further developing their products with this. Come July 2020 (+Covid I'm sure - a bit of back up financing would not do any harm!), time to ramp up sales.
- With the CEO formerly from IP Group (VC), I felt assured that this company was not just a group of chemist nerds who are excellent at what they do but do not know how to monetize it.
- High gross margins. I'd guess hardware - 40-50% (?) / SAAS model - 90%+ and very high op. leverage.
- Skin in the game from Management - nice + participating in recent round of funding!
- Change in focus to commercialisation appears to be in the past 6 months. Excellent results with contract wins + collabs.
- Prime TO candidate
Time for some positive EBITDA!

HSP, once again, tipped. I was not aware that analysts are forecasting divies analysts of 20p a share full-year dividend, rising to 20.5p in 2021/22 and 21p in 2022/23. Blimey these divies are full on!
ST also stresses for shareholders to expect a busy H2 - with loads of properties sell ( = cash realisation) + busy FY 21 due to HSP winning loads of new contracts. ST's target price 403p which is also the NAV p.s

· Public Health England's ("PHE") National Microbiology Framework now expected to be awarded to successful applicants from February 2021 / · Application for National Microbiology Framework has been submitted on the basis of building testing volume capacity above management's earlier expectation of 10,500 tests per day
Blimey 10,500 test a day = 10,500 x £40 x 40% circa profit margins = blo*dy money machine.

2. kantaro kit - antibody testing - if this takes off as I speculate and SBI are appointed as one of the main clinical labs to do the bloodworks - SBI 's earnings will be lifted bigitme.

3. elective surgeries - post pandemic will go ape - particularly the unfortunate cancer patients (SBI specialise in oncological diagnosis) and their own oncologists - they are outsourced work by NHS.
