Got to love it.
CEO comes out, discloses more than any other CEO that I know. Has always welcomed shareholders. Doesn't mind repeating the same answers to many time-wasting questions which would take 3 min to research. Truly understands the concerns of PIs. Encourages a regular shareholder update. Still, he gets crucified. Peeps. Sigh

For all who wants to find out what if poolbeg shows up - probably best to check out EKF BB and find posts on Trellus - which was a freebie from EKF (IPO-ing circa 6 months after annoucement of div ex specie). Like for like, what happened to Trellus, will happen to Poolbeg.
Perhaps there are even some Trellus freebie holders among Orph shareholders who may enlighten you.

@troutisout - CF, I presume, asked the company secretary who was also in charge of EKF spin offs and I guess that the idea of 10-20% of MV being the value of the spin-off as a finger in the air valuation stuck with him. Is it accurate? Of course not, it's just supposed to get a rough feel of precedence.

I can not see that the selling is done consistently by 1 seller. So, therefore I surmise that the selling is done by impatient PIs. SP moves quite rapidly here. Thus, any good news, SP pops.

The RNS on 28th April - which was a publicity show - was very effectively IMO in attracting new PIs particularly those who were in / knowledgeable of KMR. Would really be a breath of fresh air to know that the management are taking shareholders seriously and that behind the scenes they have been negotiating with off-take potential partners, discussions with financiers etc. Hopefully, that is not too much to ask!

I think the sellers have forgotten about what happened with EKF - with RENX (now worth c$1bn ; then VRCI which is doing very well and Trellus (just off to a fine start after recent IPO)) all freebies from the EKF / Mt Sinai collaboration which CF uses to illustrate ORPH's potential. Here, ORPH is giving out freebies and selling shareholders are treating rather disdainfully which IMO begs belief.

Last time, the management issued fluffed up RNS - it did the trick temporarily and spiked up interest back to 14s.
I hope they can do another one.
Some shareholders may say that directors are too busy to do this.
But a thought must be given to long serving shareholders who have remained loyal to their cause / quite a few I presume bought in the 18-20p range and now pulling their hair out.

To buy at a few % above RTO price - is a pee take for incumbent s-hers.

Buying now is nearly buying at the IPO price - does it make sense after you read their RNSs they've issued since the start?
It does not make sense to me.
Completely mispriced due to RTO sellers.
Huge opp for early investors getting in to get a cheap as chips position in a potential giant in the making.
