Sadly, investor relations in the past few months have been a horror show. IR is about managing expectations. Sadly, the SP reflects how that has been managed at the expense of genuine LTH and opens the door for traders at these prices.

It's a closed period at the mo. He has "inside information" on the pending release of a big contract that we are all waiting for. Therefore, it would be insider trading if he were to purchase prior to the release of this news that he has alluded to.
Thus, 1st the release of news on this big contract, then he is free to purchase on the open market.

The MV of FFWD is c £17mn.
As for Leap, obviously the NAV of Leap held by FFWD (i.e. c43%) was c£7mn per interims which indicates that the Valn of Leap at the time was c£16.3mn. I share your sentiment that the IPO valuation will be considerably more. Obviously, there might be dilution of FFWD's 43%. Here's to Leap's £50mn MV!

Recently, Orph has been perceived almost like a mining resource stock waiting for a mining licence or environmental approval. However the biggest difference here is that Orph is fully operational and fully profitable and every good news on top of that is a bonus thrown in.

I reckon this company is on the start of its journey.
At 60p ask - we are being asked to pay 1p above it's fund raising price from II.

So the actual fall today was circa 3% and NOT what is stated now being -7.5% - totally inaccurate.
Still, for PIs not willing to wait when we know it's coming - good luck to them - up to them if they want to sell or not - such is the prevailing perversity in the current market.

In short, John thinks the latest suspension by the Burundi gov is merely another negotiation tactic. He also confirms that the Burundi gov playing hardball may actually shoot themselves in the foot since according to SP Angel's modelling, RBW have so much value in Phalaborwa, RBW may entirely focus on developing Phalaborwa instead and leave their Burundian resource for now at the detriment of the local Burundian economy / community.

I thought William Dawes has reiterated that Telaxis has the option of taking up a further 50% of Songwe with the condition that they will arrange the project financing giving Mkango a complete free ride on 25%. If Telaxis exercises, no need for fundraising for Mkango.
Could someone correct me if I am wrong.
So as for the Songwe project - I assume once BFS is out, and if Telaxis exercises the option - MKA benefits from a free ride of 25%. Period.

If Telaxis does not exercise, then MKA will have to look elsewhere for project financing. Given the hostile climate between USA and China- I would think that US eximbank or a similar party would jump to provide financing on condition that the RE is sold to Western counterparts.

Other Moving Parts
I would not rule out fund raising for the other moving parts of Mkango - rutile , hypromag/Maginto but I reckon all eyes are on Songwe for now (why would the directors want to be diluted when the SP is so low when they know it is worth multiples after BFS).

I'm sure William + directors know the value of what they have at Songwe, it's just other stakeholders who need to third party verification of this in the form of the BFS. So, IMO, I do not think there will be any placing until Songwe is sorted.

The market is behaving rather perverse at the moment.
I can see this across a number of stocks.
I rather keep focusing on intrinsic value of the company. Thus, added more FFWD.
All temporary SP action means is an opp to load up because we all know the likelihood of two crystallisation events occurring soon (now 3 including SWB).

He literally answered that same question in a previous tweet in May !

There remains a huge disconnect between our stated NAV (many months old now) and our share price. As communicated already #FFWD investors can expect the following.
- New investments v soon
- PF support
- multiple IPOs including #Leap which is 43% owned by FFWD

For the last few weeks, despite the influx of good news, I have been rather surprised with the selling.

So the SP action certainly does not reflect what is going on in respect of their investments.

Unlike a lot of AIM companies, FFWD's can back up the SP with its NAV.
As LTH know, NAV is increasing.
Juvanascence pending IPO is drawing closer.
Leap IPO drawing closer.
All their other cannabis related investments appear to be going places.

So, I have used this opp to buy FFWD. Actually, I'm very pleased to be able to invest at these prices (sorry LTHs!). The gap between NAV and SP is getting way too wide to ignore.
