It's a pity we can't find any update regarding these meetings and presentations....it's akin to looking for a honourable, moral politician in the UK Parliament

'Consumer Reports says it tested "not only how well the technology works but also how well it monitors driver engagement and reacts if drivers don't respond to warnings." For that reason alone I'm not surprised Super Cruise won, as it remains the only system to take driver monitoring more seriously than using a torque sensor to measure steering input. It also rated GM highly for making it clear when it was safe to use the system.

Tesla got good marks for Autopilot's capabilities but did not do well when it came to monitoring or alerting its driver. ProPilot Assist came third, with Volvo coming last, in part because its displays can cause mode confusion. I don't do this job for validation, but it's always nice when another august publication comes to the same conclusion I have—and I agree entirely with Consumer Reports' take.

Super Cruise is the most complete system on the market, and anyone who is serious about offering this level of driver assist needs to provide proper driver monitoring. (GM also needs to hurry up and make it available in more models.) Autopilot is extremely capable but doesn't have your back the way Super Cruise does. ProPilot Assist is indeed very good about avoiding mode confusion. And Pilot Assist is the only system with which I've experienced mode confusion, assuming it was engaged when it wasn't. Twice.'

It isn't the responsibility of the MMs to do such a thing. It is outside of their remit. The labelling of buy or sell is a software issue. I think it's LSE reporting software. It's sometimes almost impossible to know what is a buy or a sell especially when the trade itself's been filled over an extended period of days. It's easier to focus on the share price and the total volume traded for the day to get a feel for what is happening. You're flogging a dead horse trying to nail down each and every trade as buy or sell, though at times a large trade when immediately reported and appears to have moved the price when reported can be instructive, to a degree

The MM's have one primary responsibility, to make a market - they are the providers of liquidity - they have on obligation to step up and be the buyer of last resort though at times they fail in this duty when the market tanks downwards

We saw a long-legged doji on Friday with a volume spike...get onto a search engine and work out if you think Friday's price action was a turning point or simply confirmation of further falls to come...I think Fri was a turning point but then trying to read the price of action of SEE is akin to a Sisyphean task

Well, Cenkos has just stepped off the bid and is now sat at 2.87p. They don't want stock, obviously. Berenberg are sat at 2.61p, yes 2.61p. The selling is orderly. It's not manic. It feels measured but the price is heading in the wrong direction (unless yer short) and that makes us all feel angry, sad and well p-ssed off...we can do nowt except wait for the turn..

is 3 v 1 but Berenberg is still selling at lower offers (they were at 2.92 now 2.91)..I'm sure they've got a client with a line to clear

When this stock reverses you'll know about it. I'm now sat on another bloody loss ffs but at least I know that the company is now cashed up, 'contracted-up' (with more to come hopefully) and on the cusp of (12 months +) of proper commercial execution...

I've been sat watching L2 and it's pretty dead so the selling is considered rather than erratic (private punters like us lot).

The selling is definitely not private punters. It's either institutional or ex-employees ie those with options triggered below current prices...the placees are now also sat on losses from the 3p placing
so it's not them

when the book flips we'll know about it
