They say vaguely - 'Certain purchasers, as well as each of the Company's directors and executive officers, have agreed to enter into lockup agreements, which each provide for a 180 day lockup period beginning the date of the SPAs, subject to customary exceptions'.

We had the good news re Distribution Agreement with Corcym. I saw the drop here today and though there must be a counter RNS, but no bad news - seems strange.

Good enough news for me to press the buy button -albeit not a huge punt. Two years ago the price was 170 and it had institutional interest.

The order book at 31 December 2022 is expected to be c.£10.1bn, an increase of c.3% from the year-end position (FY22: £9.8bn) and significantly higher than the prior period (HY22: £8.0bn).

That significantly higher is 26.25% - sound better. Share price this time last year was over £1. In any business where the margins are not so derisory (3.5%) the share price would be up 20% or more on this news.

Understand why the share is down today - the update on slightly increased revenue is actual a fall after accounting for inflation - disappointing.

Agree it is looking positive - one of my better shares. Tempted to top up.

Held this share for some time but don't like this Results RNS and therefore bailed out

So LSE agree to spend £2.3 billion over 10 years. Is that good value? Sounds like a heck of a lot of dosh to me.

This has to be a business case example of how to fail even in a buoyant market. I'm not close enough to understand where it started and continued to go wrong, but I would be interested in reading the book.

ST has cost me lots with lots of duff tips including BATM.

This share seems to march ever downwards despite some decent news from time to time. I appreciate it is barely profitable but seems priced to just tick over forever which I hope is unlikely.

Just got a H/L quote of 1038 for £1500.

Bellway shares are up about 20% from a month ago as are many other distressed shares with the bounce in the last few days. Gleeson share price is slightly below a month ago and about half what is what is the depth of the pandemic (April 2020) - what is it with this share?!

Is it perhaps time to throw in the towel and return the cash to shareholders? The legal dispute will likely run and run, meanwhile it looks unlikely they will be able to add to cash with the current level of revenue. Obviously for those being paid and especially the board it is better to keep this on a slow draining drip but perhaps not the honest approach.

Yes - all a bit odd but then Aston Martin are up about the same % on no news. This one is just over half of its value from a year ago, so can't get too exited. Applied Graphene fell 10% so it's not as though the sector (if you can call it that) is up.

Yes on the surface all looks pretty good, I was tempted to add on the dip, but the China property exposure and the fact that China itself has become a bit of a pariah has given me pause for thought.
