Thak you for the information on ishares but I can't find the ones you've mentioned. Are they on the Morningstar link? If so, which page and line are they on?
Ad4you
You're right. Apologies for misunderstanding you. It appears that since the last RSN on 12/3/21, BR must have increased their shareholding first to 2,412,753 (3.42% holding in NCYT) and then dropped it slighlty to 2,341,897 (3.32% holding) none of which has been RNSed as yet.
Sorry about all the confusion. Thank you for your help with this.

Thank you for your caution re. Morningstar. When the link was posted here approx a couple of months ago, no-one said that the information was outdated.
It's one thing being behind by a few day but quite another to be behind by a month or so. I think people would have complained but I've recently learnt that anything is possible, especially erroneous information on this board.
I'll let you know more once I've had a chance to go through your workings.
Thanks

Thank you for your post. I'll study the information on your links and get back to you in due course.
Thanks again,
SC
Ad4you,
You are right about the figure of 2,341,897 being the total holding according to Morningstar. But, I don't see how you came to the figure of 3.3% increase from the link. Below are my working, and please feel free to show me any mistakes:

I'm happy to be proved wrong but could you please explain a little more - where do I find the individual holdings?
HillSeeker,
Thank you for your considered view, particularly re long-term prospects. Very informative and refreshing.
Bluelight,
I agree with you and am very interested to know who may have bought all the shares. Given the current fall in sp, could it have been a shorter? GM himself? No clues. Just speculation, again.
By unreported holdings, do you mean that they are unreported due to the time frame? Entirely possible. I forget how long they have before they need to report.
You say that the the shift to move shares from retail to II, was a stated goal of NCYT. Is this for real? Did GM actually mention it at the AGM or on an RNS? Someone else had mentioned it here but I thought it was speculation.
If it was based on facts, and I'd known about it, I certainly wouldn't have bought any Nova shares. Is such an aim even legal? If you're right, it would explain a lot of things such as negative RNSs.
I have no idea what they did after the last RNS. I didn't check at the time. I was too much in shock and like you, didn't see the RNS until it was too late. I sold at 442.78 because the sp was dropping so fast that I thought I might lose every penny. I've stayed here to see how far it will go before I can buy again with some certainty that the sp will not drop again.
Some say that there's a lot of manipulation going on by IIs, MMs, shorters, rampers, derampers, pumpers & dumpers. I prefer not to comment anymore and just stick to the facts. As I said, the big holders may have a change of heart tomorrow or even this evening. There was certainly a very big movement from yesterday to today. I'm going to keep an eye on Morningstar to see which way the sentiment is going.
Exmex,
I checked the Morningstar a few minutes ago and both the Funds and Institutional holdings have gone down considerably:
Funds have sold some more and now stand at aggregate -331,531 shares (-9.43% drop in holdings).
IIs have gone down from + to -117,676 (-3.77% drop in holdings).
Total holdings for the two branches are now down -449,207 (-6.77% reduction of holdings).
Of course, there's every chance that they haven't heard about the new tenders, and these holdings change all the time.
Thanks for pointing out that there was another page for IIs.

Thank you so much for pointing out the institutions. It looks like the holdings have gone up by 1,435 shares.

I totally agree with you. I bought this share because of its fundamentals. Since I can read a set of accounts properly, and given NCYT's past performance, I never expected it to come to this. The fact that you've been investing for 15 years and still think AIM's like roulette (which I agree with), what chance for the rest of us? There's no logic to this share and many its posters. Thank you for sharing.
I'm looking at it now. The only figure for total holdings as of yesterday is 3,182,572. Where do you see 6,189,905 ?
EXMEX
Could you please send me your link. Thanks
hamsters,
I loved your last comment. Maybe I'll get a crystal ball. I'm going to filter all the nuisance poster. I probably should've done it long ago. I prefer a rational argument to people being attacked. I personally have a thick skin but it really makes me uncomfortable when others are attacked, especially if they've done nothing wrong.
However, there's a poster on another board who has quite a sharp tongue and is often sarcastic to rampers. I'm not much of a fan of sarcasm but, because he is very smart and provides evidence for all his arguments, I quite like his use of it to put them down. Maybe the same poster visited here. He got a lot of people riled. I found it just as amusing.
hamster,
I just don't see why people should be attacked for their number of posts or anything else which is personal. If my observation is wrong in some way, they should try to convince me otherwise, instead of attacking me. I don't walk on water. People make mistakes. I've always admitted my mistakes, and have always tried to back up my statements by evidence.
I'll be glad if you posted more, seeing as you come across as rational and thoughtful.
Thank you again for your post. I hope you don't get any flack because of it. All the best, SC

Thank you for the observation. At least, he can't say that I have any more time on my hands than he does.
The other day when I said BarnetPeter seemed to know what he was talking about, some people suggested that he was a shorter. So, I went back to see what else he's posted here. There were very few posts from him, although he seems to give a lot of commentary on lots of shares. Here's one post - your decide whether he sounds like a shorter to you:

You can see the short position on the tab on all of the small cap stocks they don’t want to trade in. For most the short position is 0 per cent. On others it’s 1 to 2 per cent max. The huge mkt rally has wiped up most shorts. Hundreds of billions have been lost by shorters over the last year. One well known commentator suggested it was a great idea to short bitcoin above 41,000. Not great. Has not said how much he is down. There are almost zero shorts in ncyt. Fact.
tkr234,
Totally agree with you. We need more information, before rampers start ramping.
Saintsmith,
You have 838 post to my 247. So which one of us has more time on their hands? You only need to see his posts to me and his earlier post to crl123 to know whether he is a nice chap. I'm going to filter you now as you have never added anything to my knowledge of this share.
