Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Jungla,
I'm not saying that there will be a takeover by AZN. But, from my experience, if a company is considering a takeover, sending their staff to their potential acquisition would be one of the steps they would take, for DD purposes etc.
ShaunP,
Has Graham just come back from the Middle East, is that a Palm tree?
Plenty of sun etc, as if it is very hot

I think that's a yucca plant - California???
ShaunP,
Keeping a balanced view is very important - Please let's keep it that way.
Prospective investors prefer a "balanced forum", that way, we (private investors) are likely to well informed of both the potential gains & of the risks involved.
With so many unknowns, the share price will continue to be volatile

What a breath of fresh air you are.
I always admired some people's passion for this share. Now, I'm beginning to think that maybe passion is overrated, even destructive.
YOU work tirelessly to bring us the latest relevant information, as do so many people here. But, some of the latter get so upset if anyone says anything that's not totally in line with their thinking, that they call the posters derampers, short-sellers, depressives...
Some of them suggest the person post somewhere else, not voice their anxieties and my all time favourite (which gets repeated so much that it's become the 'party line'), "you can sell your shares if you want to", as though people didn't know that. One person even threatened to have me cited for slander.
It's been so repressive here of late that it would be easy to imagine that we were living in Stalin's Russia or Mao's China.
I don't think anyone here works as hard as you and yet you can read the same posts and react in the way that you did above, fairly and dispassionately. It is not a wonder that you are the most respected person here. I wish some those who respect you so much, would learn by your example. Here's hoping.
Thank you for your fairness, maturity and sheer humanity.
Porky,
You're getting all serious again. I know I can sell if I want. But, then how am I gonna get £54 for each of my shares?
tkr,
ScaredieCat,the other two were probably kissing GM,s feet.LOL.
*******************************************************************
Double LOL. I'm just picturing it.... :))
Porky,
I never compared Nova to those companies. It's just that when you said 'top table' , I had an immediate flashback to this morning's post. Like I said, I love your work and enthusiasm and agree with everything you said. I'm just a bit euphoric because I had a good day. Sorry if I offended you - it certainly wasn't meant.
Porky,
Re your 18:56 post , I honestly am not having a dig at you. I truly appreciate all your hard work and passionate enthusiasm. I'm just happy today, so see the funny side of everything.
I totally agree with all your assertions. But, it seems no matter what we do lately, the sp doesn't go up to the value that it should be. We had a fantastic year last year as well, but the day the results were announced, the sp went down by 17.29% !!!
I'm starting to think that even if we have Kim Kardashian announce the next set of fantastic results stark naked, the sp won't reach its fair value, or will it???
Porky,
As far as I'm concerned Novacyt are now eating at the top table
*******************************************************************
LOL - yeah, this morning someone said GM was dining with heads of Omega, Avacta...
bullraider,
It’s interesting to see traders making a quid on the spread this morning.
************************************************************************
LOL. Nice to see some compassion here. Poor things get such bade rep :)
Porky,
20/10/20 - sp: 955
21/10/20 - interview with Vadim
28/01/21 - sp 1070
29/01/21 - interview with Graham
15/03/21 - sp 701
neilrich3,
For all we know Blackrock might be purchasing shares within the market and offloading to a third party, likely to be a daily occurrence should this be the case and would explain the fluctuation with their holding.
**************************************************************************************************
Q: What's BlackRock's holding
A: 3%, no wait 2.99%, no wait 2.8%
Your explanation is as good as any. Other possible explanations: neurosis, can't make up their mind, day trade, shorting...
Wilson63,
I've got it blackrock are trying to make us run out of money by having to continually pay for irrelevant Rns's who would have thought!!
*************************************************************************************************
LOL. You sound just like crl123 :)
donnodertrader,
lol does anyone know how much it costs for a RNS?
***************************************************
donno, but we may find out tomorrow...
Jungla,
So ODDO valued us at 8.1 Euros. Guess what - today's sp: 8.1 Euros.
Really prescient analysts or self-fulfilling prophesy?
Let's hope they'll start buying now that they got what they wanted.
Airlineboy,
Thank you for your genuine answer and not calling me a deramper. I DID do my DD on this - at length. I never expected the sp to turn into a ski slope the minute I bought my shares. As you can see, despite all the fundamentals being great, people don't believe in us because the ceo sounded like he didn't believe in us. Someone here said that he was sick and tired of seeing ACVT RNs almost on a daily basis. Why on earth can we do 1 or 2 in a quarter - not asking much. I know some people think GM walks on water but I'm genuinely disgusted with his attitude towards small shareholders, not even responding to the numerous people who have contacted him. His admirers say that he's busy making us money and doesn't have time for spoon-feeding us. But apparently he has time to have dinner with our competitors. This is not just my opinion - as you can see from today's post, lots of people have been asking for some news - any news.
Surfie1961
God bless you Porky, you have been banging the same drum for weeks/months. It better be “shortly” cos if the current SP doubles the £2.00 I have left invested will only go to £4.00!!!!
************************************************************************************************************************
LOL - sorry, not laughing at your losses (or Porky) but that was hilarious
Milcait,
You're not suggesting a positive RN from the CEO are you??!!! Because everyone here will tell you that he's too busy he is making lots of money for us!!! If you could just stop worrying that your investment has dropped 20% in 3 months.
PaleRider,
You are brave to voice your concerns here. Apparently, anyone who doesn't say how well things are going is a deramper.
GrimTim,
£484.50 apparently...
Airlineboy,
Genuine question - would you buy shares in a company when the CEO says "cautioned that it was "difficult" to provide a clear forecast on the financial performance for the full year." when asked about 2021 prospects. It would be like hiring an builder to build you a house and asking if the structure will hole up and him saying "it's difficult to know. we'll have to wait and see".
Not to mention the lack of communication since.
And why is it that even when we see supposedly huge institutional buys on twitter, the share goes down again anyway.
One wonders whether dark forces are at play .
We all want to be positive but the underlying fret shows through, especially for those who bought high.
