Thumper1127 - So usually oil would help Squeezy, as falling oil would lower it's core costs. Except EZJ seeing no tangible rise in passenger numbers is now much more reliant on elevated ticket prices. I don't think it'll be able to hold ticket prices high, as consumers become increasingly frustrated with the broadly high prices prevalent in the consumer market.
I guess I just think UK consumers have had enough, and I reckon they're already into the process of restricting the flow on their spending taps - and if they do so en mass then EZJ, and other travel firms, are potentially really going to feel the heat . We got a taste of this with those latest On the Beach figures recently but... I think it's going to get much worse, as taxes get hiked, and whilst monetary policy remains restrictive (it will have to be less restrictive very soon IMO).
I happen to think the scale of consumers 'restricting the flow on their spending taps' is going to catch investors by surprise. Hence why I reckon sub £4 here is only a matter of time.
DYOR - IMO
