As I'd been saying... Incredible strength from USA economy... One third more jobs created than expected:
"US economy created 303,000 new jobs in March far more than expected, while the unemployment rate unexpectedly dipped to 3.8%. - Analysts had expected 200,000 new jobs, and the jobless rate to stay at 3.9%. - At the same time, growth in average hourly earnings slowed to 4.1% from 4.3%, in line with expectations."
Makes UK look weak and flaccid. USA is back in business, growing and the US Dollar is only going to build in strength throughout this year ahead. As for CPI... I've opted not to invest. Instead I've gone defensive with another stake in BT, building upon on my existing stake in BT... I saw potential in CPI but more and more it just looks like potential for losses whereas everyone needs BT telecoms plus the divi reward for BT too.
