HAHA - I admire Stupmy's stocks analysis, esp the many gaps he's called rather accurately too!... Sadly, I don't have anywhere near to his level of trading experience and I don't have his deep trading pockets either - I occasionally spot Stupmy's trades when I spot them buying & unloading tranches of 5001 TUI shares at a time (and sometimes multiples of)... I'd like to point out that I've not always agreed with Stupmy's forecasts. Again just wild conspiracy theories is all you seem to have here Warrenbuff123 - just a bully who likes to shout and mock, you'd fit right in with the many MAGA Trumpers over in the states.

Looks like it's almost there and whilst I may have been off with my timing I was not wrong on the direction and destination.

I think theses shorters are so belligerent they're gonna attempt to tough things out! This could be atomic!

I didn't see any change this morning in the position via FCA's spreadsgeet of declared shorts... my gut tells me they plan on wearing buyers down and are holding out despite the losses in hope long holders bail

Happy to have called the SP forecast pretty much bang on! :-) - A rather good day for all I take it?! (Unless you're a pesky shorter eh?! Mwahahaha!)

To sum up who I am behind the screen: I've been trading since Dec 2022. Prior to commencing trading I've studied data, markets, economics and stocks a great deal. I currently own stocks and better still I've made some fabulously great calls since I began trading with Currys/TUI/BT/JD Wetherspoons delivering some of my best profits but... they're not my only successes so far - This said, I remain grounded and I am acutely aware it's only a matter of time before I book a loss.

Now you may mock and bleat on about your conspiracy theories but... I've been crystal clear with my opinions, sharing my evidence and I've shared when I've had holdings too.

My point was precisely what I posted at the beginning of this thread - I've been entirely transparent with my opinion and explaining my actions:

"I took my money out of TUI back on Jan 2nd and yep, I posted on here to convey my opinion the delisting was causing unnecessary turbulence to TUI SP and the issue that revenues came up a little short (although better now with latest set of results this week)... Today the SP is still below the price point I sold out for on 2nd Jan (about 625p)... whereas I gradually moved money into BT stock, I saw better potential over there (8p divi announced today). I still think TUI is overpriced and will par back towards 550p, perhaps lower than that. I like TUI as a business but... just didn't see short term investment value and I think the current SP has validated my opinion."

Your point however seems to be centred around my opinion differing to yours and because it does then it cannot possibly be valid. To reinforce your opinion you reach for the conspiracy theory lever, with some huffing and puffing... It's quite strange.

Warrenbuff123 - What you're quoting here makes no sense whatsoever because I don't trade enough to 'pay off my mortgage' - I never claimed such a thing. I said the profits me and my wife made helped contribute towards our deposit for buying our house (which is going through the purchase process currently). I suggest you read my posts properly... nice try on twisting them but you are not quoting my comments correctly.

Warrenbuff123 - Lovely theory... except I'm not currently invested in TUI. As I said I sold my lot on 2nd Jan (625p approx) as I poured through the results together with emerging macroeconomic trends and I saw better value across the piste over yonder through gradually investing to build a stake in BT. I shared my views/opinions/evidence on the why... many scoffed/balked/mocked... and here we are today. TUI near on 50p down from the price point at which I sold... but others on here are invested at different price points, they share different views and have a different investment strategy. You may label it all one big conspiracy but it's actually just a discussion board to share views (unless they differ to yours it seams as you seem to want to just shut down discussion unless the view agrees with your opinion).

Everyone has their own circs... they invest what they can, they take the risks they want to take, and over a timeframe & investment method they want to deploy...

As I've said before I've conveyed my opinions and have shared the evidence I've read - I make investments where I believe there is value. It really is as simple as that. Yep, I've traded over 2yrs, HL Fund and Share - I don't use ISA's as I don't like the idea of paying extra and often unnecessary fees. As I said mock all you wish but I don't give advice, I only share opinions which is the purpose of this forum... Though according to you my opinions are invalid if they don't agree with yours.

BT can fall back if it wants to... I would welcome the opportunity to buy some more and I've cash at the ready to do so. As I'm sure many others here do too.

And yes, I'm a small time investor - I tend to buy up stock in £500-£1500 (£ cost averaging technique) and I tend not to go all in on any one single stock either... You do realise it's perfectly possible to read a range of information and take a view that a share is likely to drop short term but that share may rise mid-long term as well? - I never short sell as I don't have the experience, or deep enough pockets to cover the risks - I just buy where I spot value and I build a stake in those businesses where I think the investment will pay me a return. So far I'm still yet to book a loss since I began trading in Dec 2022 and I used some of my profits towards my house deposit recently... so you may scoff, huff and mock but... I've earned the right, through my analysis, sound trades and booked profits to take the high ground thank you very much.

This is a forum for opinions... unless it seems they're opinions which counter with your own.
