Offler - I was clumsy with my original post but my central point remains the same. Employees register for pension on joining an org, or they opt out. On login to the provider portal their details pull through automatically, the employee only needs email & PW. The problem capita appears to have (gleaned from reading news articles) is employee are loging in and now with CPI are seeing absolutely nowt, suggesting major issues with making the migrated data visible to pension members. What's concerning is the sheer scale, not seen a single article saying members can access any of their pension info. They all broadly say the same thing which is... Member logs in and sees nothing (or as good as nothing).
