Offler - I was clumsy with my original post but my central point remains the same. Employees register for pension on joining an org, or they opt out. On login to the provider portal their details pull through automatically, the employee only needs email & PW. The problem capita appears to have (gleaned from reading news articles) is employee are loging in and now with CPI are seeing absolutely nowt, suggesting major issues with making the migrated data visible to pension members. What's concerning is the sheer scale, not seen a single article saying members can access any of their pension info. They all broadly say the same thing which is... Member logs in and sees nothing (or as good as nothing).

Offler - talking nonsense again. I never said that. What I said was there are many reports of CSP users logging in and none of their information being available at all. Had the data been properly migrated from the old system to new, then on logging in users would be able to view their information. So the experiences being reported by users indicates the migration may have gone very badly. DYOR - IMO

Possible drop is linked to wider tech sell off tbh. AH having mentioned AI in much of the promo comms material since he took control may have caused CPI to have become increasingly associated with AI? Possibly? - though that may have prior had upside impact for SP it might now be having a downside impact (because of the shift in macroeconomic trend).

Personally, I think CPI has many greater challenges than its close association with all things AI.

Fair play Chelmochaser 👍 - Interesting you've opted to buy some more and tbf I am mostly looking at the trend and the political situation with the Gov ID plans having been downgraded from mandatory to a 'nice to have' - what I know far less about is the specifics on GBG. What is clear though is a macroeconomic fire sales on all things AI & tech... appreciate reading your take on the situation 👍 - for the time being though I'm certainly not regretting my selling out here.

No regrets on selling up here. Just checked in on the SP + looking as though the drop here is accelerating and not showing any signs of slowing in pace. Not seeing resistance signals. What do others reckon? IMV - DYOR

Should have clarified the approx 113mil shares was in July last yr 👍

More shares in circulation now. Also v.likely CPI is still shrinking - in terms of size of the business - and more cumulative inflation has built up too. LTH's have blatantly been watered down here. IMO - DYOR

Interesting as I think CPI had around 113million shares issued prior... now it's upto 120mil.

I've just snaffled me up a small tranche of 500x shares at ~178.9p - I might buy up some more. Although... there are some other bargains out there at the minute too. What with UBS having a £1.80p broker rating looming large atm it's certainly possible we drop a fair way downwards yet (IMV) because UBS have form in this dept! DYOR
