Mid size are typically single digit billions.

you think people are resentful because they got impatient because of slow commercial progress. those were my initial thoughts a couple of years back but i was then informed that some were frustrated after being invested for 15 years already.

they had a recent slide that projected annual income in 5 years of £50m from pharma services. then the wait is 10 years for similar income from ldts.

i just feel there are better opportunities and also the uk market as a whole is dying a slow death.

on a low volume day a us small cap i follow had traded 20m dollars worth in the first half hour.

Your thinking is not that far from mine. They still need to do better with downstream analysis when it comes to getting the right cytology slides but the next gen alternative is a step forward in that direction.

There are some emerging alternatives to capturing CTCs and analysing blood like nano tech systems.

I went quite deep in my research and there just wasn't enough on offer.
