It's just another excuse to put the word billions into the presentation.

I just went through the presentation slides. In case I missed anything. I didn't.

In the note referencing the Eisai deal they highlight the 2bn potential value of the partnership between Eisai and Bliss.

This is a bit sad really because the 2bn that would be due to Bliss is a fantasy figure that only applies once a drug has been approved and on top of milestone payments puts a cap on the total royalties that would be due from sales.

The actual upfront would be a few million.

And the 2bn bears absolutely no relation to the work Angle are doing so it is highlighted in order to mislead.

Newland has stopped fiddling and taken over IR.

Pumping the stock to small investors.

So from Nero to Caligula!

Also I can say negative things about GROW despite being invested there as I am in it for the long term.

As you would see from the board it's very quiet. So my comments are basically made to a handful of people who have been invested there for a number of years

I used to trade it but always felt dumb after selling so I switched there since the SP dropped down significantly on the NAV.

Tom you repeatedly show that you are only interested in hype and prefer ad hominem attacks to actual discussion.

How do you square the circle that to justify such an elevated market cap, which it would be if the price were to double, the company needs to invest in the business but now they are just working towards breakeven on running costs?

I am still fully invested in GROW. For the long term.

I didn't like the recent merger they did but I am confident in them as they have a lot of cash.

I have often posted on boards like SNG and Avacta etc where I question the posts of rampers. I don't think Angle are the in the same category as a company like TILS but it's really sad that they have to market shares to retail investors as their base because the wider market is not interested.

These are the people least well equipped to evaluate the business and the tech and also least able to stand the losses.

I used to argue with a guy like you on 4D Pharma. He would be very angry with me for stating basic facts that countered his faith.

I think he gave up on investing shortly after and was a bit disappointed along with a poor guy who lost his pension and he and his wife are now living on a state pension.

So as I said all they can do is run marketing events for small retail investors because the wider market is not interested.

Big Red Flag

Angle have a market cap right now of close to £51m. If the price was 40p then would be valued at £100m.

They are claiming that they will achieve break even with no further need for a raise.

Yet the business needs to be developed. It is not enough to just cover running costs by increasing pharma services income.

So that requires expenditure on things like trials and LDT development.

And only success from these efforts will justify an elevated market cap.

At the moment their ambitious growth plans are on hold.

So the growth plans are either abandoned, in which case we would have a business eventually generating a small profit, or they will need to raise cash to grow.

If they are reliant on marketing exercises run by Proactive.

Finding no backing from institutional investors they have to rely on small private investors.

Anyone remember the time Newland said they were dealing with multiple inbound inquiries after the FDA clearance.

What happened to those?

Well, I guess they can afford to with their extremely generous salaries.

You have to wonder if they could actually get a fundraise through.

They've burnt through a lot of capital already with very limited return in terms of revenue.

IYou have to resort to sentimental arguments to get people to buy in because there are no sound financial reasons.

My scepticism around the Eisai contract is based on previous form.

This was announced nearly 3 years ago. I think they actually lost this customer, which was Exelixis, a company with 1bn dollars revenue at the time.

I believe expectations were raised towards annual income within a year or two of £5m and he suggests they anticipated a large amount of repeat business from the customer.
