Marik I don't even know what you are asking for. The company have said they will provide some initial data on the PK at the end of this year.

People blame AS for making promises but most of the expectations are raised by people on this board who expect magic results of everything within months.

All he has said is that a path to market will be quicker if AVA6000 works, because they already have safety and efficacy data for Dox. So the dose expansion phase will be more definitive

Dose escalation is one of those annoying things that always holds up drug development.

That's one of the reasons I invest in 4D because as their drugs are Derby from gut bacteria they can be assumed to be safe and you don't need to do the dose escalation phase.

They know the PK of Dox. It's for the PK of AVA6000 and how that will guide dosing.

No one from the company has suggested any meaningful efficacy data is due to come out at the end of the year.

What are you asking for? You ain't going to get much clinical efficacy data from a P1 dose escalation trial.

Phase 1 is just to find the maximum possible dose of AVA6000.
That will be in Q2 2022. They will give some info on how the drug is processed by the body by the end of the year. That will not indicate efficacy, it just feeds into the dosing options.

I don't know that Scardey and the only Ava6k news we will get is on the pharmo-kinetics of the various doses, which will not be a strong indicator of efficacy.

Retireby40 I hadn't seen that about the Panbio and it is interesting although I don't think it will be able to be used for cross border travel as I believe the Digital Certificate still requires administration by a healthcare professional.

I think the home use could work within countries for school testing etc but that's not on an EU wide basis and the Avacta test is still not on the Common List of approved kits
