Lots of talk about the forthcoming 0518 data release.
Worth considering how to interpret it. For example, say there was a positive response in only 1 in 4 patients.
This would seem bad no? And no doubt the board would fill up with derampers screaming about what a terrible failure. This happened with the first set of results from 0518, which were later agreed were phenomenal.
But 1 in 4 showing a positive response would actually be extremely good because we are talking about cancer patients with no treatment options available. People on the trial are so sick that they are at risk of dying in the trial period and I think that at 1 patient on the first trial passed before they could participate.
So it would make sense to discuss expectations around the results so people don't get shaken out
