Abcam are listed on UK market and Nasdaq. They are valued at $3.6bn. The UK listing is no obstacle to achieving a high US valuation.

Many US investors are happy to invest in ADRs of reputable foreign companies. A direct listing would change nothing.

They have to run the trial in Brazil because the FDA are stopping them from running Foralumab trials in the US.

Anyway look at Humanigen. They have a MAB awaiting approval to treat Covid. It's already on a fast track here with the MHRA and looking for emergency use in the US

There are no controls like in the US or Europe. In the initial "trial" at least 2 of the patients were self dosing with Ivermectin and others were taking corticosteroids from the chemist.

They are already listed on Nasdaq. They already have access to all the US capital they need.

Delisting from LSE changes nothing in that respect.

They are already on Nasdaq. They don't need to delist from LSE to raise capital in the US. There is already a shelf registration for a large future capital raise lodged with the SEC.

In a GC interview from a couple of months ago he said that the FDAs scepticism of anti CD3 drugs like Foralumab was over with the likely approval of the Provention Bio drug Teplizumab.

Guess what? It wasn't approved. The FDA don't like anti CD3 drug safety profiles. They sent Tils back to do more with mice.

So what is Tils doing in addition to the new trials in mice? Trying to set up a trial in that global center of drug regulation, err Brazil.

And what about Miliciclib? Despite previously being the main drug candidate at the company it is now on hold waiting for an Asian partner to be found. This despite raising $57m part of which was to fund the Miliciclib trial.
