They would not just be sitting on it as it is materially significant to the SP and could be used for inside trading.

If they had the data ready they would have already done an RNS as that would not affect anything presented at ESMO.

Nice that this is passing under the radar. The informality of the upcoming readouts of initial data from the open label trial means that it hasn't got the pump and dump crews all over it, like with the formal expectations around the Blautix results announcements.
