Order has been restored. There is still a seller but someone is buying them and it looks to be coordinated. So seller getting better exit price and buyer getting in nice and cheap.

Oliveira won't be happy because his Forte shares are effectively worthless and he will have lost at least $20m.

The 0518 interim readout is scheduled for late summer, early autumn.

1-Oncology update for interim readouts from ongoing 0518/Keytruda trial due.
2-Asthma trial data due
3- 0518 + radiotherapy in pancreatic cancer due
4- IND registration for 0518/Bavencio trial as a first line maintenance therapy due.
5- Update on plans for Blautix in IBS due
6- IND application for trial in Parkinsons due

Oliveira is the same as Nemean and South Ocean. I do think we will see more TR1s from him for other days as today's references transactions from the 13th and before.

I think he is done selling for now hence the TR1. Today's big sells were all early on and then they stopped. Then there were quite a few fairly decent buys of 20-30k through the day, which there haven't been the other days presumably because their brokers knew there were more Oliveira sells to come.

A caveat is that Oliveira could have been prompted by 4D or regulator to issue TR1 against his wishes but I don't think so.

Oliveira has lost a massive amount of money from Forte, which has crashed from $40 to $3.50 and the company is likely to file for bankruptcy as its only product failed.

Also this is no an original thought but worth restating 4D can see readouts from the ongoing 0518 trial because it is open label and not double blinded.

Would they really be doing all this stuff at ESMO if they could see bad readouts?

AJ Bell and HL both say they don't lend stock. If it's not them and others like II or Halifax where would they get it all from?

Bet they borrow all their shares from us through the trading platforms

He will have been a forced seller either because he has had margin calls on Forte or because he has lost so much he feels the need to cut his exposure to risky stocks.

That's why I was buying so much. Same thing happened with the Woodford dumping

No because he wouldn't have notified. He's an American and there's little the FCA can do about late notifications other than send him a letter moaning about it.

It's because I have been here over 3 years and the rhythm of the selling seemed similar to the last time he was selling out, which was because he was buying LBPS prior to the merger.

The fact he has notified now means he has stopped selling. He has done it before. The big buyers have started up again now as they obviously paused while he was dumping.

And all his sells will have triggered more short sell autotrades.

The TR1 is only up to the 13th. There will be others as they are showing the 1% reductions.

If he is announcing it now he's stopped.
