Just a company with a safe drug that seems to work in some late stage cancer patients that have sadly exhausted all treatment options oh and you can tell which patients it has a higher chance of working in if you analyse their tumours for specific biomarkers.
And the drug by itself also shows potent tumour shrinking activity, especially in breast cancers.

With some of the nut jobs on here and Twitter I don't think they would feel safe holding it in person.

Evelo Biosciences are down very low as well and they are also due to release some P2 data.

Market is writing off microbiome because of the Seres and Forte flops. Yet Seres use a muddled consortia approach and they have always been a disaster zone and Forte was a cream for eczema.

They will also have spent some of that but the figure doesn't take into account the $30m loan facility from Oxford Finance

I have bought 4D stock at all different prices between 25p and 150p.

If people bought thinking this was a good investment at 150 can't understand why they wouldn't buy more at nearly half the price when nothing has happened in terms of company progress to suggest that the initial investment was a mistake.

And Sharcus if you think that Merck and the Directors bought stock at 110p in the hope that they could dispose of the company for 150p a share, then that a bit silly.

I am not here for a sell out of 150p. If 0518 works in combo with Keytruda the company would be worth upwards of £3bn but 0518 is not all the company has is it?

Seres and Evelo are both down pretty low as well. In the absence of positive readouts for 4D the market will be turning its nose up at microbiome companies given the recent failures of Seres and Forte.

Maestro you have only got to look at the list of trades on any given day. Dozens of automated sells for trivial amounts that serve to keep the price artificially low. These are not PIs although the purpose of keeping the price low in the absence of significant buying is to wear down small investors who are Impatient or nervous. If enough sell then the price falls further.

Last week there were some automated buys as well, which I suspect could have been some of the shorts taking profit.

Oliveira had $15-20m in Forte. Itsgone down from $35-40 a share to under $4 a share. The only reason it's not lower is because of a bunch of Gamestop type bottom feeders who are buying it without knowing the company is effectively finished as their only product failed completely.

This selling is on top of the orchestrated small auto sell trades by the shorts.

Yet the drop to 77p happened just as Forte opened another 5% down. I think our big investor Steven Oliveira, who will have lost a lot there, may be a distressed seller.
He is often a bit slow with the TR1s.
That is the basis I am working on. That this is a firesale so I have bought a lot more in the last few days. Especially a nice juicy top up at 77p to go with the 80p from Friday.

JH they have already released the abstracts. There is nothing new apart from further analysis of prior clinical results.

It is a conference for academics and other pharma companies. It is not a shareholder RNS service.

Any update on the 0518 trial will come separately.
