What do you think you actually achieve with your constant whinging?

Just sick of lazy investors spreading FUD because they are upset that their 10 bagger expectations haven't been met within their magical thinking time frames

Maybe lay people shouldn't go investing in biotechs if they are not prepared to make the effort to understand the science?

After all that's why institutional investors often specialise in biotechs or they employ people with science PhDs to interpret things for them.

None of the directors is selling. The seller is a distressed US investor who has just lost 10s of millions in another company.

I wouldn't personally invest somewhere where I know so little about the company, that I think a director is selling when they aren't.

I don't know what price Oliveira bought his Forte shares at but he owned 10% of a $500m market cap company that is now valued at less than $50m. The only thing keeping their shares afloat is the crazy Gamestop rampers trying to tell people to pump their money into a company that no longer has any product. (Their Stocktwits page is a real madhouse)

We don't have any idea of his financial arrangements but he has seen a good part of his wealth wiped out overnight. If his Forte stock was collateral for loans then no doubt he is having to source funds from elsewhere to remain solvent.

A big part of what 4D is and does is the scientists like Imke Mulder. Anyone that wants to take the company over would have to ensure that they remain on board as you can't just replace them with other scientists. And I imagine they have relationships with the BOD such that if the BOD were against a TO then the scientists wouldn't be happy and could take their expertise elsewhere.

Oliveira is dumping. What do you expect the BOD to do? Ask him nicely not to do it. And if the 0518 readout looks good he will just dump into any rise. The chances are the market will scoff at the results anyway as most PIs will be unlikely to tell if they are good or bad as was the case when the Blautix results were released.

This selling by Oliveira has been going on for 2 weeks today.

If it had been released earlier any positive effect would have been negated by Oliveiras selling, don't you think?

Am I the only one that noticed the largish buys yesterday at 75-76p. A couple of days ago when it was about 76p someone paid 79p for 50k or so.

They said possibly in June. Around the time of the Nasdaq listing.

They didn't say definitely. The fact that it is now September means they would have more data available now than if they had released in June.

Link sold the shares to Acacia at rock bottom prices so they were nailed on for easy profit.

The fund investors were utterly ripped off with those sales

Phil the data they will update on is a glimpse into an ongoing trial where some of the patients will take 0518 for up to 2 years.

The trial is not scheduled to finish recruiting until the end of the year.

So it's just an update on how things are going. 3 months ago they said they would update in late summer, early autumn.

4D found out Acacia were going to dump them and 4D put out a call to their investors to buy them and Chardan got Oliveira to buy in as well.

I bought then and I am buying now. None of it relates to the fundamental value of the company or their prospects of success.

Would everybody be crying about the SP if we were in the middle of a major market crash?
