Thanks pic12, you mentioned Blencowe resources as a comparable company, I agree on the potential but looking at the numbers I believe they are miles behind TGR. Without going into it to deeply even Blencowe’s Equity of 5.87Mil compared to TGR’s is streets behind. Yet the share price is less than 1p difference.

I really do think TGR is heavily discounted atm, I am putting my money where my mouth is and averaging down. Will hopefully be looking back on this time period kicking myself that I didn’t buy more, good luck to all!!

Syrah Resources Ltd Down to .69 Aud from 2.69 on the 11th November 2022, I know you can’t compare directly but they are operating on a much higher level than TGR. Find me a company comparable to TGR with the same level of potential, I’d like to hear about them if you do.

The share price also reflects the wider market, look at the company now compared to when the share price was at its highest, we’re in a lot stronger position now. You can’t just jump on the bandwagon and cry bad governance all the time.

We know this is a family run business, we know the family is heavily involved in the graphite industry with fingers in many pies. Shishir made a lot of people unhappy by giving Puruvi a position on the board.

Personally i believe your frustrations are misplaced, I think it’s a bit short sighted to not see what is happening here. I brought into TGR knowing it would be a long term investment, I believe the company will be unrecognisable in ten years time. We know Shishir will not give up on TGR, imho he is fully committed to the success of this company and he will want to keep his family involved once he steps down, could it not be that he will be grooming Puruvi to take over once the day comes he is ready to step down?

To have a CEO not only invested into this company but also his family, if anyone will want TGR to be successful it will be him. Complaining on this board is a complete waste of time, if you have an issue with governance there really isn’t a lot you can do I’m afraid.

Hadchris how did you come about this information? I’m not calling you a liar, just you learn not to be very trusting on this board. Lots of “investors” with only a handful of posts on the TGR board with very negative and relentless posts. I’m not sure why they would stick around if they have sold and view the company in such a negative light…

I’m seeing for the first time in a while a lot of big sells but also a few big buys, will be very interesting to see where this ends up at close.

How can you read this and find it “laughable” to keep banging on about huge expansions and new projects, look at what has been achieved already. This is a long term investment, you might have got in too early like most of us but it just sounds like you are a disgruntled investor who is talking out of your pocket. Take the good news, todays RNS will have put many peoples mind at ease, the company is on the right track imho

Galmatt read it through properly, you’ll notice the word “and”. The 1Mil isn’t just to hit the target of 1500-1600. You can’t be skim reading these updates lol

Agree with Galmatt, currently sitting tight waiting for a hopefully positive update.

In regards to the silence in which us TGR holders are use to by now, I do believe they are fairly responsive in to replying to queries by email, I haven’t personally myself I’m just going on what others have said in previous posts.

@tomorrowyesterday we were hopeful of an update today but we were never told to expect one.

Expecting you to be jumping on the bandwagon with “Stratmin” which has already been discredited, pretty obvious spreading misinformation isn’t beneath you.

As much as I do enjoy reading your posts each day for the entertainment value, I’ve got to filter you now as I’m convinced you have either got to be a “troll” or simply you have no integrity and are trying to devalue this stock for a cheaper entry. Could also be that you’re not the full shilling but who am I to say, good luck regardless.

@fairdealer, the temp suspension was a worry at the time but was cleared up swiftly, to say Shishir’s governance is poor because of that is laughable.

If you could read through the latest set of results (half-year in Sept) you would understand that the company (bar it’s share price) is in a reasonably strong position , I don’t think you realise how huge the acquisition from BAT could be if we get the required funding. It wasn’t poor governance that delivered Suni Resources and it isn’t poor governance that finance is difficult to secure.

And what do you a “shareholder” care about bar the share price? Obviously not production volume of the capital gain the company has made each year. Lots of factors involved into the decline of the share price but poor governance is not one of them imho, lack of communication to investors maybe but to my understanding the company is replying to emails just not half baked sometime ludicrous claims in the LSE forum.

Sales from Europe - over £400,000

Last years sales from USA was £0. All of this data is freely available, would make sense to read it and understand it before investing.

If you were to read the half-yearly results you would know that the sale of assets is an option if funding cannot be secured, not an option I would like as it would be a huge set back but this company is by no means a “dead duck”. Do your OWN research. Revenue from sale up 170% to over 3.1 Million, Shishir’s word means nothing to you yet it obviously does to TGR’s customers.

If Shishir manages to secure funding we will be kicking ourselves we didn’t buy more at this depressed price. It’s the most significant thing holding the company back.

Replace the CEO and we will still be in the same boat but will look even more of a risky investment, even more unlikely to secure funding.

Lots of small sells today off the back of a NED resignation the biggest being of 13k value where as a bigger buy of 31k value later in the day, so bigger holders obviously not spooked by the news. I topped up today and will hopefully be rewarded in the due course (providing Shishir secures funding for ramp up) , brought into TGR for the long term (2030 onwards).
