If you believe that the proposed board have SH’s best interests at heart after all the information revealed good luck to you, even if they do have the best intentions are they capable of delivering. By comments from other posters who have provided evidence it would be an overwhelming no.

It sounds as if your biggest grievance is the SP (understandably so) as much as you state corporate governance, it was his management that made this an investible company. Yet you vote for the team who have been spreading disinformation and outright lies to damage sentiment and the SP since the day after the suspension last year.

You write off the man with the contacts and connections for poor governance and vote in the team who have been undermining him and the shareholders since at least August 2023, 7 months before Isabel De Salis resigned!

Does anyone have any more info regarding Optiva? The Freetirupati group have rather predictably ran with the news, not a great look that is for sure. Even though it looks as if Optiva are having issues / under investigation??

After he has already incorporated many of his companies into TGR and while holding a significant amount of shares, I’m sorry but it just does not make sense..

It wasn’t a conspiracy that the company was being taken private, it was a lie is no factual evidence.

Similar to the “conspiracy” that Shishir is selling himself the companies graphite on the cheap. Where is the actual evidence, he clearly denied all claims in informative response to the requisition letter.

But on a more positive note HBOS Investment Fund aka Lloyds Banking Group topped up their holding to 5,542,113 up 37.1%. Over a quarter of a million now invested.

Why would the companies broker sell shares months before announcing their resignation?

Saw a post on here a few days ago questioning their involvement with the group.

At the time of the full year report they owned 3,935,283 having already sold 9.47% in last year. Why only a partial sell if you think this stock is going to tank?

Yes of course, I think you would agree there are more pressing matters at the minute though, wouldn’t you agree?

It’s seems a bit like when Shishir was forced to deny the company was being taken private, lots of noise from a select few and turns out to be no truth in it at all.

They have also reduced their holdings, down 9.4%. Reported on 31st March 2024. So this obviously been in the pipeline for a while. Not very good of the companies broker to be selling off shares before resigning.

Looks like Barclays have increased their position in the last year, up 7.49%.

Waratah Minerals Limited up 404% to just under £370,000 worth. Over 8Mil shares.

I could go on but it is there for everyone to see. So while the derampers have been scaring the small time investors into selling, the big boys have been topping up. DYOR

Tkmorrowyesterday, you predicted the share price fall and you’re predicting the sp to fall to 1p. You also say you’re a long term shareholder, who in their right mind would hold expecting the sp to fall as low as it has? You do not sound like an investor, I’m not sure you even sound like a gambler but I do know someone is feeding you information and you’re eating it up like a puppet.

Fair enough and you are correct that everything should be done above board. Yet I haven’t heard or seen any genuine evidence that wrong doing has been done.

Listening to the likes of Tomorrowyesterday and shareprofits who are spreading this information is dumbfounded, look into the benefits of the related parties and you would understand TGR would not be in the advanced position it is without them. Yet you’re being led to believe the company will be better off without them, if I wasn’t invested I would find it laughable.

Record sales revenue and production without spending any time on TGR, impressive. Also they want downstream Pranagraf for them selves? It’s already theirs, the proposal was blocked. You already know all this though you are just stirring the pot. Honestly a few people on here are starting to sound like bad gamblers not investors.

I just cannot work out why the group approached this the way they did, if they had suggested appointing a chairman or adding a member to the board I would have almost definitely voted in their favour.

If giving Shishir a wake up call and forcing his hand was their motive I applaud them, yet it sounds like they have their own motives that would benefit them self’s and leave the rest of us shareholders in a more dire situation.
