HarChris you are pointing out what every company does to try and attract investment, it literally says HIGHLIGHTS for the first few points, well done. Going back to your point about capacity here is the statement in the full results, notice the word effective -“ Initiated engagement with a Development Finance Institution ("DFI") for debt financing for the proposed expansion of the Madagascar operations from the current effective capacity of 20,000 metric tonnes to 54,000 metric tonnes.”

These allegations come from a few people who are desperate to blame someone else for their own poorly timed investment. It doesn’t matter what graphite company you would have invested in they are all down (as far as I am aware) compared to a couple of years ago.

Ah so for you to be able to say there hasn’t been a YoY increase in production you’re having to use next years full results, which obviously doesn’t exist because it hasn’t happened yet.

I’m not sure how you’re working your calculations to get the answer you want but the above quote is from the latest results.

Also not interested in Mr H Poddar’s comments seeing that it looks like he had to resign over conflict of interests, maybe not true but we do know he was buying graphite for his own downstream company from Vietnam instead of using TG. Would of definitely suited him if the FT Group got in, I believe he would of been part of the advisory team being paid god knows what.

I’m pretty sure Syrah had to slow or severely reduce production to manage or at least ease operating costs. That had nothing to do with cash constraint, so it’s not plain sailing even with millions sat in the bank.

I think a few of you guys are missing the bigger picture (imho). With Graphite prices still flat, it’s all about growth in this period of time and Shishir undeniably has done that YoY. I know the mines are operating intermittently but the capacity is there and has grown each year, they are growing the company ready for the forecasted surge in demand in graphite.

Nonsense comment saying TG treading water, production improved YoY as well as revenue, as well as assets valued at around £36Mil I believe.

The only thing these angry de rampers judge the company on is the SP, try and see the bigger picture.

Having spoke with him this week, I’d be inclined to say he would disagree. That’s my opinion from my recent correspondence anyway, I’m sure if you had any genuine questions one of the board would be happy to reply to your enquiries.

TGR has audited results every year as you know, the cash position is clear for all to see and I was aware before I invested. Maybe if you did your own research instead of getting sucked in on the hype of graphite you’d be aware of how Shishir has grown this business YoY.

Plenty of Graphite mining companies out there with millions of secured debt without any actual mines, also at risk of being too late to the party.

It’s not incompetence or poor governance that put TG on the map with 2 operating mines and 2 ready for development, a few on here sound like they overinvested with the Graphite hype and hold a grudge against Shishir personally. DYOR

It doesn’t matter who is chasing the money, if it’s not there it’s not there! This is a Madagascan government / economy issue, not a TGR governance issue as you make out

It does say in the full results under current assets - £1.2Mil in inventory, also over £600K in trade receivables. But yes would be good to know the current production status.

Tomorrowyesterday you also told us Shishir was taking the company private, you also told us you had video proof of wrongdoing or something along those lines in Madagascar.

It will be interesting to see if they sell off, if they believe what they have been telling us, that TG is doomed unless they win the vote surely they will cut their losses now before it gets even worse. If they hold it almost proves they had an agenda

I agree that there probably is a lot of holders not confident in current management but they saw through the groups promises, “vote us in and we’ll take you to the moon”

Yes but I believe someone has worked out only 5% of ordinary holders voted in favour of the group, the rest came from Optiva, Mr H Poddar ect
