Sounds as if the most likely conflict of interest was himself, working for TGR as broker while as you just said obviously siding with the Group.

So why did the FTG post it and not himself?

He said in his own words, “you have done an amazing job, all of our investors are very happy with what you have done”.

Very strange that he decided to resign as broker a couple of months later, even stranger he didn’t release his resignation letter on his own platform but instead had the group to do it for him, hours before the QnA.

I can’t prove he is working with the group but this strongly implies he is at least still in contact with them.

So you agree there is absolutely no evidence supporting this. Just human nature speculating?

Panagraph isn’t a public company. All results are audited, every year. I don’t know the board of all our other customers either. I can’t understand this obsession with Panagraph, the relationship is clearly more beneficial to TGR.

I think it was reported that the Madagascar are also cash strapped, as he said in the QnA they were receiving tax refunds regularly until around 16 months ago I believe. That’s why it’s so frustrating, completely out of management’s hands yet they get the blame for it.

This isn’t hidden information? I don’t understand your confusion, TGR doesn’t get the profits after Pranagraf sells it on. That’s because they’re different companies..

My second reason for questioning the legitimacy of the post - “Just wanted to share the questions that have been raised by Mr Hemant Kumar Poddar”. The author then begins by saying “Here are our queries”. So was it Hemant or a collective of people?

So no I won’t engage with any post unless there is factual evidence to prove their legitimacy. I thought I would ask an important question from someone making out they are involved with the group.

I think you’re are also implying most of the graphite is sent to Asia? Clear to see in the last audited results that around 2/3 of revenue was made from sales in Asia. Not quite the revaluation you’re making it out to be, unless of course you’re again making the point that he is selling it to PG on the cheap, which is also made clear in the response to the requisition letter. I’m not here to make friends, the reason I made an account and posted my first comment was in response to outrageous accusations made by Tomorrowyesterday.
