Why did you invest then? TGR is and has always been Shishir’s. Ridiculous accusations, stevemc could be one of Tomorrowyesterday’s accounts.

A few accounts on here were created for one reason. To destroy shareholder confidence and to divide shareholders and the board.

1st example Stevemc -take a look and see.

2nd example Tomorrowyesterday - this is a quote from a post that he was “invested” in before TGR. “ I strongly urge anyone who's is shareholder to email the company and not just ask...but demand to know whats going on and why the silence. This share will now be pulled down to 30 something (or worse)... management know whats going on but they are keeping quiet. They are doing nothing to halt the drop...whats even worse is they are actually encouraging it by keeping the silence...” sounds very similar to the scaremongering on this forum.

Another from Tomorrowyesterday- “Still very cheap at 48.6p a share. Managed to get 30000 of these as a top up earlier today as its way over sold on 'fear following fear'.” This quote was about the same company as above POLX. SP today is - 3.75p

Do not trust these people, they have their own agendas.

He also told us that Shishir was taking the company private among many other lies.

If there is a vote, will not be voting for a takeover from a group of investors that use lies and misinformation to damage a stock price so they can gather support. A shameful play by all those involved.

I’m not trying to compare Syrah to TGR, just highlighting to fairdealer that TGR is among many graphite mining companies that have declined in SP.

Easy to listen to the complainers on here, they will have you believing the decline is because Shishir wants to take the company private or “mismanagement”.

Been a pretty sophisticated campaign against TGR for a while, including a few on here and on X. I’m adamant this is a coup. Do as much damage as possible, have shareholders question Shishir’s integrity. Remember how adamant Tomorrowyesterday was that TGR was being taken private, worse accusations about Shishir and his other business interests.

They realised we’d found the bottom and slight signs of a recovery so they had to act before SP recovered too well and they would lose the support off long term holders. Disgusting and very worrying for their sake to think that ex board members were conspiring with the likes of tomorrowtoday.

Yes it has, even bigger for some.

Don’t be so naive, most graphite miners if not all have taken a hit. Not an exclusive issue to TGR. Shishir is responsible for building the company.

We thought foul play with Tomorrowyesterday and a few others, turns out we were correct.

The fact is you’ve been saying anything to damage this stock. Including that Shishir will take it private. Pretty obvious as to what you were doing and now we know why.

I always knew a lower SP is what you wanted, I just wasn’t sure why. Now I know you wanted shareholders angry and upset at management so they would vote your way. You’re definitely not as thick as you made out, I’m impressed.

Even worse though it turns out you’ve been conspiring with 2 ex directors, ethically awful, legality of it all I don’t know? But why anyone would vote for a group that uses such dirty tactics I don’t know

You said about trading update, I told you when last years was. Not operational update.

Also since the “kids” have been running around, the SP spiral stopped and even recovered slightly. Isn’t that what you want?

Last years was 9th may.. less than 2 weeks time. Not rocket science to guess roughly when the next will be.

Wrong use of the word “imminently” correct but receiving the VAT refund is actually out of their hands. Try to remember they are dealing with the Madagascar Government.

Is this why the Poddar’s must go? Using wrong terminology, or as it’s more likely they were expecting the VAT refund imminently but let down by the Mad Gov.

You’re obviously a supporter of this coup, what is your goal? What do you think will happen if the Poddar’s get outed? Do you think they will keep their shares or dump them? Can you see further than your nose?

The “kid” brought shares and the market responded positively. You’re embarrassing yourself with your out of touch comments, ageism has no place this day and age. I’m glad you’ve proved yourself to be out of touch and behind the times, it explains why you support the removal of the whole board as things started to look more positive.

I’d imagine a few of those involved share the same out of touch views as yourself, I know the “journalist” (as he calls himself) from SP pushing this on X, let’s just say if he’s on your side you’re on the wrong side.. DYOR

If Poddar’s go I sell, simple. Easy to say look at the share price but it does not represent the huge potential of this company, like it or not TGR is where it is because of the Poddar’s, bar the sp (which was showing signs of recovery) the company is in an enviable position, for me this stock is a matter of time, be it months or as I was anticipating years.

Bold move by “freetirupati”, I still believe they are delusional. Will be very interesting to see if their claims of owning 5% hold up.

Agree with most of that HarChris, but you say so far so bad for the last month, yet the SP is actually up on the month. For me the downward spiral stopping or at least pausing can be taken as a positive, we were last updated on Shishir’s imminent plans and now patiently waiting to see if he can execute them..

More lies from the Freetirupati group on X, “PranaGraf is a fully integrated, natural and specialty graphite and graphene company, with operations spanning the full value chain. It is developing projects for natural flake graphite in Madagascar via two projects -Sahamamy and Vatomina Project” What about #TGR? #FreeTirupati..

Just checked their website out of interest as the X group claims PranaGraf is impersonating TGR, couldn’t find it anywhere, happy to be proven wrong if you can provide a link to prove this, or will you stay in your box now you’ve been caught out in another lie?

If that’s the case any logical person would cut their losses and move on. There is an agenda and it’s not crystal clear.

I couldn’t care less if Shishir lived in Madagascar, I backed this company because I believe that not only does TGR have incredible potential, it’s already operating while year on year growing its customer base, even getting enquiries from china, the graphite industry world leader. All this has been achieved with “very tight working capital conditions“. Instead of focusing on Shishir’s travel movements, have a look at the books and see the company he has built.

Very naive of you to think you will have any input into the future of this company by complaining on X.
