Ah yes the group of “long term holders” who are working on behalf of shareholders to free TGR of the Poddar’s grip. I’d imagine they have the same agenda as a few posters on here claiming that TGR was being taken private. I will admit they have a few interesting points but when they’re as completely one sided as they are it’s pretty obvious as to what is going on. DYOR

Agreed but Mr Alastair Bath did state at the end of a recent interview that he was available to discuss TGR and also the wider Graphite market, also said he was willing to meet investors in London.

Positive to see the SP back to the same price we were a month ago, could we have finally seen the bottom?

Surely you find it understandable that the CEO probably has bigger fish to fry instead of replying to emails asking the same questions over and over. I do wonder how many emails he had over the nonsense that the company was being taken private..

watch the most recent interview with alastair bath on *************. what you would find out from doing some research is, he’s available to talk to prospective and current investors regarding tgr and also the wider graphite market. to top it off he said he is available in person.

what more could you possibly want? if you have any real concerns speak to him? or more than likely just keep deramping tgr in the forum..

I believe the same was said regarding the HY results just before new year, the absence of a production update is frustrating but a bit presumptuous to say it’s because they are hiding poor results, laughable that you would bring “foul play” up again.

From the half year results - the most recent one made available to us. What were they hiding…

“Revenue from sales increasing by 170% to £3,146,627 (H1FY23: £1,165,195).

· Production increasing by 160% to 4,508 tons (H1FY23: 1,731 tons).

· Gross operating profits increased by 106% YoY to £780,328 despite enlarged workforce and establishment costs for enlarged capacity.”

Run1 I agree far too early to gloat but as I’ve had to deal with his constant misinformation campaign I’d like to hear his thoughts on recent events. I’d like to see what negative spin he could put on the latest RNS.

HarChris agreed, if it needs to be done and will accelerate ramp up I’m all for it.

Because communication with investors has been brought up constantly in this board, the company seems to have turned a corner in this matter since the latest resignations and latest reshuffle of the board.

Also I didn’t find the RNS insignificant, a fair bit of information to digest and also seems the turnaround in graphite prices is imminent- “The Company has seen significant signs of a turnaround from the subdued price of flake graphite in recent weeks and notes the forecast by various reputable market research entities of a potential flake graphite shortage to kick in over the next few quarters.“

Not only a positive update but seems the board are being proactive at keeping investors updated, which is what we asked for.

A highlight for me being “The Company continues to receive significant inbound inquiries from markets globally, including from China.” It just shows that TGR is an established and respected supplier of graphite, to be getting inquiries from the country with the biggest output of graphite globally can only be seen as a good sign.

We know money is tight (genghis15 mentions it everyday so we don’t forget) but as far as I’m aware it has been since this company was listed, Shishir has proved he can operate on a tight budget. Will be very exciting to see the market respond to the hopefully imminent news that we’ve either recovered the VAT refund (2Mil) or secured funding.

Very jealous to those getting in now at around 5p, I’ve managed to average down to 12p and will continue to do so. Good luck to all.

Why wouldn’t you just move on? Cut your losses. If you were even invested in the first place, maybe go outside and get some fresh air. You and a few others slate everything and anything whether the story has credibility or not, the nonsense you spew holds less weight than the Poddar’s.

If you’re not invested why are you here, out of the goodness of your heart to put off prospective investors? Nonsense, you must of got stung and now acting out of spite

I must admit the latest Proactive interview with Puruvi didn’t fill me with confidence, does make you question their choice of words. Personally I wouldn’t use the word IMMINENTLY unless it was expected in a matter of days.

It’s showing more buys than sells today, not sure how accurate it is mind.

So you invested into TGR believing TSG were part of the same company, it sounds as if you should have done some “real” research before you invested.

Call me a ramper if you wish but I have criticism of TGR myself as many do, what I call you out for isn’t criticism it is constant ludicrous claims. You’ve seem to gone quiet about Shishir taking the company private since he had to deny it in the latest RNS, the fact he had to deny these claims wouldn’t of done any favours and as far as I’m aware you were the most vocal and adamant that was his intentions. I suggest everyone read some of Tomorrowyesteday’s posts, as he was the driving force behind the rumours that TGR was being taken private among many other elaborate claims. Will jump on any bandwagon as long as it damages TGR’s reputation.

Agreed it’s not a huge amount but it would be a positive to finish with more buys than sells for a while

People cry when no updates. People cry about updates when updates are released.

Very little useful genuine information being posted on this board anymore. It’s just a small group of frustrated holders complaining, even spending the weekend “researching” desperately trying to prove there is foul goings on.
