Or is NH expecting some bad news so being proactive to counter it?

So TomC, what did KC say when you pressed him on the lack of news about the DFS? That some shareholders are less than impressed - that there seems to be little in the way of concrete timelines to which EMH and his success (or otherwise) can be measured? Or was it a cosy chat where he says all the things he usually says about how wonderful it all is.

Though allowing Ghanaians to purchase shares at the current price and then to have the share price rise upon ratification (my assumption ;) ) might be a clever political move.

I’ve been thinking the price had been keeping in a narrow range for some time - perhaps ahead of Ghanaian listing. Or perhaps another *relatively* high offer is in the offing - but 37p would feel far too cheap!

I think we are all being very patient.

Mick, so you are betting the EMH DFS is going to appear in the next few days as CEZ will reference the FID in their financial report that’s due out in 5 working days.

That means KC has the results of the DFS now and is just about to release a statement - maybe on the 21st too?

A big old corporate machine like CEZ would want to have seen and reviewed the DFS results - maybe they are getting together over the weekend to digest it all, or perhaps review it Tuesday evening and update their financial report on Wednesday, ready for Thursday 7am.

The probably of fire (0.1% for ICE, 0.0012% for EV) was from Australia’s EV FireSafe (not sure who/what that is), funded by the Australian Min of Defence…

Though more likely in ICE cars I think the fires are more ferocious in EVs… I’m sure the risks can only be reduced as time goes on.
