Good video post Teddy - highlights the positive and that, quite rightly, they ALL want the best for Ghana.

Of course ratifying the licence is the first step (we here all agree on that) and an industrial strategy around and beyond that for Ghana makes sense.

A “formality” - one of those weasel words that sounds good but can hide the reality of the formal process…

We all know it means it should be straightforward but allows one to say “I was to the process would be x, y, z but…”.

We must follow the Ghanaian formalities…
